Spacious Condo is located on second floor with it's own access, within minutes to shopping, restaurants, entertainment, Medical Centers, University. Mountains, lakes 40 to 60 minutes drive. Hiking, biking trails are within 10-15 minute drive. Property features a pool and one undercover parking with one more parking behind the undercover parking and plenty of parking on the side of curb. Property is fully furnished and has all the necessary pots, pans, dishes needed for cooking, coffee pot and coffee is available. Condo has central AC, TV's and internet. Great place to relax or to live for a short while, this property is the perfect fit. Don't miss out on this wonderful location!
