Rustic Studio Casita built in the 1930's and newly renovated to accommodate your needs. Private entrance, 1 bathroom and can sleep 2. Complete kitchen with granite counter tops, lots of cooking utensils and many appliances (refrigerator, gas stove, oven, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker). Very cozy and comfortable with 42" flat screen television and free Wi-Fi internet. Air condition and heat. Private patio with BBQ and outdoor seating for relaxing or enjoying meals. Access to bicycles. No driveway access, parking is available along the street.

Located in Central Tucson off North Campbell Avenue in the quiet Samos neighborhood. Very close to the University of Arizona and University Medical Center. Many shops and restaurants in walking distance along with a grocery store. Short driving distance to downtown Tucson and Tucson's famous 4th Avenue featuring a variety of shopping, restaurants and night life. Many parks and outdoor activities in close proximity.

Lovely studio with full kitchen, barbecue grill, and patio. Location is excellent for restaurants and hiking destinations. Owners are very nice and helpful. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this property.
