This vacation home opens to a spacious living room with a family kitchen. The living room has plenty of room to lounge in front of a 65-inch TCL with Roku Smart television and a Decorative (non-operational) fireplace. The casual dining room features a dining table with seating for six. The fully-equipped kitchen features stunning stainless steel appliances, such as a French door refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser. It offers everything one would need to create their perfect meal, including solid countertops and bar-height dining with seating for four. No spices, condiments, or oils are provided.

Bedroom Descriptions:
Master Suite 1 is Located next to bedroom two and features a King-sized Bed, a Twin-sized Futon Sleeper, a 55-inch Onn Roku Smart television, and a large walk-in closet with access to the back patio. The private en suite bathroom features a tile shower and double vanity sinks.

Bedroom 2 is located across the hallway bathroom and features a King-sized Bed, 43-inch TCL with Roku Smart television, and a reach-in closet with access to the back patio. Bedroom 3 is located at the end of the hallway and features two Full-sized Beds, a 43-inch TCL with Roku Smart television, and a reach-in closet. The hallway bathroom is located across bedroom two and features a bathtub, shower combo, and two vanity sinks. The powder room is located across the laundry room and features a vanity sink.

Other Amenities: WiFi Wireless Internet. Each bathroom has high-quality linens, bath and pool towels, and a starter set of L`Occitane shampoo, conditioner, soaps, and toilet paper. The kitchen includes a starter set of paper towels, dish soap, individually wrapped sponges, and dishwasher pods. Fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, and laundry pods. This property also features parking for 5, which includes 2 in the garage, 2 in the driveway, and one on the street. All vehicles must be parked parallel, not horizontally, or you will be fined. Reverse parking isn`t allowed on the driveway. Street vehicles MUST be parked in the direction of traffic. RV campers and/or tents on the premises or parking area are forbidden, and you will be fined. All fines and/or towing charges are the responsibility of the registered guest. Garage doors are to be closed when not in use.

El Paseo is 20 minutes away. Interstate 10 is close, allowing you to head to Palm Springs and other Coachella Valley destinations quickly.

Check-In Instructions are emailed once the House Rules Agreement is signed, the Guest List Form is submitted, a picture of a Government-Issues Photo Identification (if required by the city or county) is provided and any additional documentation that the City or County may require to rent.

Check-In Instructions are emailed three days before the check-in date when all the required documents and/or information requested are provided. We can be reached 7 days a week, 365 days a year, via text message or phone call.

1. Noise Level: `You are not permitted to create excessive noise at the Property. Neighborhood quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM - 7 AM. Please be considerate of your neighbors. Outdoor music and noise must be kept under 60 dba at all times and are not permitted after 10 PM or 9 PM, respectively. No amplified music is allowed outside 24 hours a day. Parties on premises are prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Due to the properties` proximity, using vile or obscene language outdoors will likely disturb and annoy the neighbors. All violations and/or fines are the responsibility of the responsible party.

2. Parking: Parking is limited to the garage, driveway, and street. Parking at this house is available for 5 cars maximum, 2 in the garage, 2 in the driveway, and 1 on the street. All vehicles must be parked parallel, not horizontally, or you will be fined. Reverse parking isn`t allowed on driveway. Street vehicle MUST be parked in the direction traffic (West towards guard gate) not against it. RV campers and/or tents on the premises or parking area are forbidden, and you will be fined. All fines and/or towing charges are the responsibility of the registered guest. Garage doors are to be closed when not in use.

3. Home Owner Association (HOA): This property is part of a Home Owner`s Association (HOA) with rules and restrictions that all tenants and guests must abide by. Tenants agree to maintain the premises in good order and appearance and abide by the HOA rules.

4. Neighbor Complaints: Actions by Tenants and/or guests that result in neighbor complaints or Police being called to this property will result in a minimum of a $500 charge to deal with potential HOA and legal issues & fines, which is payable by the registered guest.

5. Reporting Damage To Agent: The licensee agrees to keep the Property in good condition, and upon Licensee`s check-out, the Property will be left in a good and habitable condition. Any damage to furnishings, fixtures, furniture or other notable condition found upon check-in will be reported to the Agent within two (2) hours of Occupancy.

6. Damage Policy: Licensee shall be responsible for all damage, breakage, and/or loss to the Property, except for normal wear and tear and unavoidable casualties (as deemed by the Agent in its sole discretion) which may result from Licensee`s occupancy. Licensee agrees that all pipes, wires, glass, plumbing, household contents, and other equipment and fixtures will be in the same condition upon check-out as it was at the time of check-in, reasonable wear and tear and damage by unavoidable fire and casualty of the only exceptions. The licensee understands that the Property will be inspected before to Licensee`s check-in and upon Licensee`s check-out. You acknowledge any loss and/or damage to the Property that will result in a charge or charges for repair and/or the replacement value.

Licensee hereby confirms that he/she understands these charges may be posted to the credit card on file, or if agent is unable to charge the credit card, he/she will promptly (and in no event more than 10 days) submit the moneys due for full cost of the replacement or repair.

7. Smoking: This is a non-smoking home. You are permitted to smoke outdoors on the patio or courtyard. Butts must be disposed of properly and not left anywhere on the property. Any smoking policy violation will incur a $1,000.00 Additional `Smoke Damage` Cleaning Fee to remove smoke odors from the house and/or linens.

8. Minimum Age:: I am 25 years or older and staying in this reserved property for the duration of the above-reserved dates.

9. Usage Of Utilities: The Total Occupancy Rate assumes and includes a reasonable usage of utilities.
