Welcome to the Falls - the best town in the Akron area! You will love this centrally located home with easy highway access from Route 8 and walking distance to downtown Cuyahoga Falls.
This home features 2 bedrooms: 1 queen room with Smart TV and another queen room with 2 loft beds and Smart TV. Climb up in the old-school college loft beds and snuggle in for a cozy night, or have fun playing with the kids with the provided toys. The large living room also has a 50" smart TV. There's also a fully accessible office with printer and computer access, and 2 full bathrooms. The large kitchen with eating area has everything you need to prepare your meals. Eat outside on the large porch or sit down in the formal dining area.
Enjoy the comfort of central heating for warm winter nights and window AC units for cool summers. Whether for a night or a few days, make this lovely home yours for your Cuyahoga Falls stay.

This property, located at 761 Munroe Falls Ave. in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio (the "Property"), is managed by Short Term Rental Management LLC ("We" or "Manager"). You and those staying with you during your stay are the guests ("Guest" or "You"). Anyone You invite into the Property during your stay is a visitor ("Visitor").
Registration:
All Guests must be registered prior to arrival. No unregistered Guests or Visitors are allowed inside the Property. The listed rate is for the first 4 guests. The maximum Property capacity is 6. Any additional Guests above 4 (that is, for a 5th and/or 6th Guest) require an additional Guest Fee of $5 each per day each. If one or more Guests stay on the Property without registration, the booking is subject to immediate cancellation without a refund, a $75 Non-Registered Guest Fee per unregistered Guest, or both.
Early or Late Arrival:
We will make every effort to accommodate requests for early check-in or late checkout, when possible, for a fee of $30.00 each. However, please request early check-in at the time of your booking to allow us time to prepare for your arrival. Please understand that there is no guarantee we can accommodate these requests.
Smoking and Substances:
No smoking or use of substances inside the Property. Butts must be disposed of in an ash tray in the back yard of the Property. No signs of smoking should be left anywhere on the Property. This includes butts left on the ground. A $450 fine will be assessed if we have to pick up cigarette butts or find evidence of any illicit drug use (including marijuana) inside the Property.
Parking:
Park in the driveway next to the porch or in front of the exterior garage, or on the street. Guests and Visitors may park only in designated parking areas or on the street and must comply with all parking regulations and requirements. Please show consideration for other vehicles in the neighborhood. Do not park on the grass or on neighboring properties.
Parties:
No parties or public events of any kind are allowed inside the Property or on the exterior grounds of the Property. A party is defined as any period of more than 30 consecutive minutes during which more than 2 Visitors are on the Property, or any effort to have multiple Visitors with such intent (a "Party"). If you are planning to have Visitors and wish to clarify whether this meets the definition of Party as defined here, please call or message the Manager. Any costs for repair due to property damage or excess cleaning will be invoiced to You.
Quiet Time:
Quiet time begins at 10 p.m. and lasts until 7 a.m.
Security:
For the safety of all Guests and Visitors, this Property is equipped with exterior cameras (which may include Ring doorbells and/or Blink cameras with audio/video surveillance) that are in plain view in public spaces and on the Property exterior. All are monitored regularly.
Holdovers:
Guests and Visitors remaining in or on the Property beyond the Guest's reservation period (a "Holdover") will be deemed to be trespassing. We will take all possible legal action (civil and/or criminal) to have Holdovers removed from the Property and prosecuted to the full extent allowable under law.
Property Condition and Damage:
You accept this Property during the course of your Stay on an "As Is" basis. Due to the volume of guests, the Property is subject to regular wear-and-tear that will not interfere with the quality of your Stay. However, if you find any of the furniture, fixtures, or other aspects of the property to be excessively damaged or in disrepair, including any damage caused by You, your other Guests, or your Visitors during your stay ("Guest Damage"), please notify Us immediately. We will work with You to remedy the situation in a timely manner to everyone's satisfaction.
You may be liable for direct costs associated with any repairs required to address Guest Damage. We will work to mitigate such costs and will communicate this to you. If you fail to report any Guest Damage, You will be liable for the direct costs for any associated repairs plus an additional $100 Unreported Damage fee.
Pets:
Pets are welcome, but You are limited to a maximum of 2 during your Stay. Pets include any animals You bring onto the Property during your Stay (each a “Pet”). All Pets (a) must be registered at the time of Your booking and (b) are subject to a $75 Pet Fee each. You will be liable for a $125 Unregistered Pet Fee for each unregistered Pet, and a $20 Cleaning Fee if any such Pets leave excess mess, at our discretion.
Miscellaneous:
Generally, please leave the Property the same or better than you found it!
No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room or outside.
Keep a close eye on your kids at all times.
Please keep track of all keys and report any lost keys. You will be liable for a $200 Lost Key Fee if You lose a key during your stay or if the key is otherwise not returned upon checkout.
Please report any problems in a timely manner and allow us to rectify the problem first.
PRIOR TO CHECK OUT:
Dispose of all trash in the trash bin and outside receptacles when you check out.
Make sure to turn off all lights, air conditioning, and any electronics. Don’t forget to close all the windows and lock all the doors.
Check all rooms, closets, and drawers for your personal belongings. We are not responsible for lost items or items left behind.
During cold-weather months, please turn the heat down (in cold months) to 55 degrees when leaving. In warm weather, please turn AC off or set to 72 degrees.
Wash dishes. Strip rooms of dirty linens and take to the basement and place on the floor near the washing machine. Always remove all trash and place in the receptacle outside.

I was born and raised in this area, growing up in nearby Garfield Heights. I started out my professional life as an equestrian, riding and running a boarding stable. Today I am bringing up my two kids and have found joy in providing others with comfortable and stylish homes and apartments for their visits to the area. I enjoy adding lovely touches in terms of furnishings and décor, or little extras in terms of amenities. I love to exceed expectations!
Why they chose this property
Cuyahoga Falls is a lovely area, close to Akron and a accessible to Cleveland, but quiet and clean with lots of activities and venues for people to enjoy, both natural (the Cuyahoga National Forest is right down the road) and man-made (lots of great restaurants and bars, shops and more).
What makes this property unique
This little house has everything you need, with cozy bedrooms and a full bath upstairs and lots of great living space downstairs. Unique are the TWO porches.
