Relaxing Regal Palms Resort. 4 BDM 3.5 Bath.
Only 15 minutes to Disney World. Close to Universal Studios, and other great attractions. This resort has a wonderful pool area with two large pools a lazy river, water slide and plenty of places to relax and play. Workout & exercise room. Food and beverages are available from Frankie & Farrells Pub and Grill. This unit very close to the pool area. Gated and secure community.
A $20+tax PER UNIT - PER DAY Resort fee is collected at check in!
The space
Comfortable living area with updated sectional couch and two seating chairs. Large master bedroom upstairs with separate bathroom and access to 2nd floor balcony. Washer & Dryer. Two additional bedrooms upstairs. Each with separate twin beds. Also Full upstairs bathroom. Downstairs bedroom suite with queen bed and separate full bathroom. Half Bathroom next to living area downstairs.
Guest access
Individual and separate townhouse living space. This unit is one of the closest units to the pool area. It is a very short walk to the Resort Pool Area.
Other things to note
There is a $20+Tax Parking and Resort access fee. This is per day and per unit, not per person.
There is a $140 Cleaning Fee.
