Family Vacation.

This property was great and amazing the area wa peaceful and quiet. Very close to just about anything you may need. Snacks dinners food and most fast foods and Walmart was near. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay in Orlando!

This place is located in a great spot close to restaurants, stores, and the parks! We enjoyed how quiet the neighborhood was and felt safe walking around the community. The house is a short drive to any stores you may need or restaurants you would want to visit. There is TONS of space. We have a big family and everyone felt like they had enough space to themselves.

Clean and tidy home

The overall property was in very good condition, no issues using any of the appliances, and the bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean.

Worst customer service

This was a very disappointing stay for our family. The house itself was ok but the AC did not work well the first 3 days and completely went out the 4th day when it happened to be 100 heat index. Called owner and was refused service for that day as he said would take 24 hours. Traveling with elderly parents so asked for different accommodations and was rudely denied and then communication cut off totally. Ended up having to cut out vacation 2 days early because company did not want to help at all either. House has 3 to 4 towels total, no kitchen towels and no fans other than ceiling ones that did not work great. I would never recommend this house to anyone. If you do choose this house plan on packing a while suitcase if essentials that you will need ie towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, dish tabs, etc

We’re sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with your stay, but we do want to clarify the timeline for accuracy. You reported the AC was out at 3:30 PM on the fourth day of your reservation. The Property Manager responded promptly and had a technician available to come out that same evening. You declined service at that time, requesting to be present, so we rescheduled the appointment for 8:30 AM the next morning — well under 24 hours after the issue was reported. We were later informed that you decided to leave the property that evening, after having spent the day at the parks. Departure was after 10 PM. Had the issue been reported earlier, we would have resolved it sooner, as we always aim to address any guest concerns as quickly as possible. We also encourage guests to review the listing details regarding amenities and essentials provided to ensure the home meets their expectations. We take guest comfort seriously and strive to respond swiftly — as we did here — when concerns are brought to our attention.

Dark

The place and location is perfect and great for my dog but a very dark house the lights wear very poor or none at all the lamp that were provided did not helped. All the members in the family wear glasses and for the elder ones it became dangerous to them two got hurt because they couldn't see, because of the lack of light. If this problem is fix the place would be perfect. The blinds to the pool door were very hard to open so they kept falling. In order to prevent damage I picked the two that fell and placed them on the shelves. Plus we are all shorts I couldn't reach.

Spacious house

We enjoyed renting this 5 bedroom house. House was nice and spacious. Only thing I would recommend is leaving a welcome/starter kit to new renters like a small dish soap and one cube for the dishwasher. House needed wash cloths and kitchen towels.
