Charming Cottage on the Bay and Golf Course with private patio and boat dock.

We take any disruption in our vacationers' relaxation very seriously. We arrived at the house within an hour of your message informing us of the clog. The problem was diagnosed and repaired within 5 hours, leaving the house spotless, no small feat on a 4th of July weekend. This was our first ever occurrence of a clogged drain line. According to the plumber, clogs are dependent on what is sent down the drain. He added that what had caused the clog continued to be sent down the drain after the clog had formed, suggesting the current renter caused the clog. He also advised on modifications, which we are making, to help mitigate future occurrences. Our home is regularly sprayed for insects. Along the waterfront this spring, the moths were heavy. A few of them made their way inside the cottage around the window AC unit of one of the bedrooms. The AC unit has since been adjusted for a tighter fit. We are very sorry for any discomfort the moths may have caused. The Bay Cottage is listed as a three season 4br/2ba waterfront home abutting the golf course. This is a rustic home with pine floors, knotty pine walls & ceilings and family room complete with stone converted gas fireplace and panoramic views of the bay. The bedrooms have in-window AC (as advertised) which generate ‘white noise’ as one would expect. The cottage comes with a 55-foot dock, room enough for 1-2 boat(s) (as advertised) which depends on their size. Week to week, we work very hard to maintain a high level of cleanliness. As our ratings and reviews show, we gain high marks on cleanliness and across the board. It is my hope we can continue to learn as we endeavor to provide a premium home for the enjoyment of a relaxing and carefree vacation.
