We offer a property with 90' of water front, enormous covered porches you just have to see to believe, and two decks - one right on the water. Bring your own boat and step directly into the bay since we have plenty of new permanent dock space.
The twin 60-foot covered porches are the heart of the home — offering panoramic bay views, shaded outdoor dining, and enough space for everyone to spread out. Morning coffee, afternoon reading, sunset cocktails — this is where memories are made.
For limited mobility guests, there is a wheelchair lift from the driveway to a ramp that allows access to the main floor of the Summer House. This level includes an ensuite bedroom, kitchen, sitting room, and the main covered porch. This enables all guests to enjoy Summer House without worry of accessibility.
All fine linens are provided, including beach and bath towels. There is a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, wine chiller, coffee makers (drip and Keurig), ample prep space, and indoor and outdoor seating for gathering while meals are prepared. A modern propane grill and a more rustic charcoal grill are both ready and able to prepare delicious meals, whether steak, hamburgers, hot dogs, or freshly-caught fish.
The outdoor firepit is a perfect place for a sunset cocktail, making s'mores, or simply relaxing after a long day or watersports. With amble comfortable seating and plenty of firewood, lasting memories will be made here.
While perfect for summer boating season, The Summer House is equally inviting in fall and winter — cozy interiors, peaceful water views, and fewer crowds make it ideal for off-season retreats, including ice fishing or other winter sports.
