Relax in this beautifully renovated 1932 home in one of Columbia’s most desirable historic neighborhoods, Elmwood Park. Just blocks away from downtown, this gorgeous 2-bed, 2-bath home offers the perfect blend of charm, comfort, and convenience!

Sitting in the Cottontown/NOMA district, you’ll be close to Bull Street, Main Street, the SC Statehouse, the Vista, and USC.

This 1,242 sq. ft. house was built in 1932 and thoughtfully renovated in 2019 to preserve its original charm while adding modern comforts. It boasts two bedrooms (each with a queen bed) and two full bathrooms, an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a Keurig coffee bar, a living room, a laundry room, a fenced in backyard, and an air mattress.

Guests are welcome to park in the driveway (please stay to the left side as it is shared with the neighbor), or on the street in front of the house.

Guests will receive door code from hosts prior to their stay.

Guests are welcome to use the back patio and backyard space as they like.

A single exterior camera is on the front porch facing the street.

I can’t express howMuch we loved staying here, even our dog loved it.. treats and toys were a great bonus.. spacious fenced in backyard for dogsAnd families. Lots of space for outside activities. This place was a fantastic spot for me and my wife with our two dogs. The location was great to meet my family in West Columbia. The neighborhood was safe to walk the dogs and the inside of the home was clean and welcoming. We will absolutely be staying here again. The added dog treats were a big plus!!!

I rented this house for mom's weekend at my daughter's sorority. My sister-in-law and adult niece also stayed, as well as my daughter who goes to USC. We LOVED this home! We wish we had brought our dogs as it was very dog friendly. There was a leash hanging on the hooks, dog bowls, and the house had everything we needed. My only recommendations would be a full length mirror somewhere in the house, and towel hangers in the primary bath. I loved the ladder in the hall bath. It was perfect for hanging towels! I highly recommend this home and if my daughter weren't moving across town next year, I would personally rent it again!!

Great house. Loved that we were in walking distance of 3 coffee houses. This came in handy as the rental had coffee but no creamers or sugars onsite, which we found odd since it had dog food and dog treats readily available. Also strange that they had dog shampoo, but no soap or shampoo for humans. Parking would have been problematic with more than 1 car which restricted us a bit and while the owners make a big deal about the street’s quiet hours, the neighbors’ dogs barked loudly late into the night and in the early morning!

Convenient location, attractive place

Clean, well equipped kitchen, excellent bathrooms, ample hot water, comfortable bed. Parking is a bit tight and the lockpad was intermittently iffy but overall an excellent place to stay. Nice quiet neighborhood.
