Welcome to Country Coastal Cottage in Flagler Beach! This home is perfect for a family vacation or work-from-home staycation. You will have access to the entire home, to include a heated pool and propane fire pit! Centrally located in the country, yet only a 7 minute drive (roughly 4 miles) to the ocean and 6 minute drive to the grocery store, hiking, biking trails and nearby restaurants. 🏖️

✅ POOL
Enjoy a large heated outdoor pool. The pool temperature is kept at a comfortable temperature for swimming or relaxing. Pool is enclosed in a large screened-in lanai. Rinse off in the outdoor shower, relax on the pool chairs or sit by the propane fire pit.
A grill and extra pool towels are provided.

✅ KITCHEN
Spacious with quartz countertop and tile backsplash. The refrigerator and dishwasher are brand new. You will find a large sink that is equipped with a new reverse osmosis water system. This full kitchen provides all the amenities you will need to prepare meals to include a blender, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven and stove. We even provide a crockpot! Basic seasonings, condiments, creamer, tea, and coffee assortments are provided in the pantry.

✅ DINING AREA
We offer a dining table that seats up to 4 (with a pool view!), or you can sit at the breakfast bar in the comfy chairs that offer additional seating up to 3.

✅ DEDICATED WORKSPACE
Private work area with a solid wood desk + padded chair is available for use.

✅ LIVING AREA
Enjoy sitting on the comfy couch or large chair that offers plenty of seating to view your favorite streamed show on the 55 inch flat screen TV.

✅ BEDROOMS
▪️Queen size bed with a 12 inch medium firm gel memory foam mattress with cooling comfort. Extra pillows and blankets provided. Room includes a smart tv.

▪️Bunk Bed with a twin on top, and a full on bottom. Both have memory foam mattresses and extra blankets are provided. A pack and play (no bedding) is provided in the closet as well. Room includes a smart tv.

▪️King Size bed with a 12 inch medium firm gel memory foam mattress with cooling comfort. We offer extra pillows and blankets. The view from the bed overlooks the pool area and has its own wall mounted AC/ Heat unit. So comfortable you won't want to get out of bed!

✅ BATHROOMS
Two full bathrooms that have walk-in showers, no bathtub. Basic necessities for your stay are provided to include body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, etc.

✅ SCREENED-IN DECK/ LANAI
Enjoy your coffee or cocktail on your own private screened-in patio in either the front lanai or screened-in pool lanai.

✅ OTHER AMENITIES
New washer and dryer, puzzles and board games, pool toys, beach chairs and boogie boards.
