Beautiful location with spectacular open water views. Property is perfect for large groups and family reunions. Kitchen is well equipped, beds were comfortable. The dock was enjoyed by all - string rays, parrot fish, tarpon, nurse sharks, barracuda, dolphins lobsters and sea turtles were observed. Would definitely book again. Come prepared for no see-ums :)

Touch of Paradise

Our family of 11 just returned from Southern Diversion and this was the best property we have ever rented!! Spacious, gorgeous, clean, lovely pools and wonderful beach area for the little ones. Amazing, Relaxing, Large Private Estate

We have 5 couples that travel every year and I do the planning - this house was beyond expectation. Property management was top of the line - the pools, the house(s) were clean, the beds were very comfortable. The property grounds were well maintained. The dock for fishing was amazing - several Parrot fish, we've heard are great for eating, but then realized their purpose and did catch and release - Key West is quite a distance, but in all honesty, the middle keys are where it's at - Relaxing and beautiful with the best weather around - we will be back - Thank you!!

Michigan Family Vacation

Our family takes an annual trip together, there were 17 of us this time. The property had something for everyone, best aspects are the sunsets and the infinity pool. The property manager was one of the best we've ever had- very responsive.

Perfect Family Vacation

This house was perfect for our family vacation. My husband and I rented it for our family. A total of 10 adults and 5 children ages 5 and under. The guest house was perfect for my daughters family of 5. The pools were clean and maintained while we were there. Nice chairs for lounging around the pool and a deck with a grill and 2 outdoor dinning tables. Plenty of room for everything. John the property manager was easy to get in touch with and responded right away.

Wedding week

Our family stayed here including grandmother and my husbands father and siblings with our children and nieces and nephews ages from 75-10yrs. Everyone enjoyed their stay, it’s an absolutely beautiful property and the property manager works hard to keep the grounds and pools to perfection. We so SO many neat things in the ocean right from the dock, sharks, parrot head fish, lobsters, snooks, it was incredible not to mention the SUNSET. We have incredible sunset photos for our wedding. The beds were amazing as well, I had a great rest when I would finally go to bed, the pillows, mattresses and sheets were all so comfy and soft!

This place was absolutely gorgeous from the first trip up the driveway! Incredible views from dawn till dusk! The multiple pools gave us options throughout the day based on the temperature and sun! The Amenities and capabilities with this property are endless and we were sad we had to leave! The smiles and memories will last a lifetime!

Grandkids hideout.

All 7 kids loved having their own house with pool. Girls and boys had their own rooms. Sunsets were spectacular. Boys had room to play and girls grabbed some rays. Fishing was great. Excellent for BIG family.

The main and side houses easily fit ourselves, our 5 kids and their spouses and 6 grandkids. Big open space. Very private. Nice pools. Lots of things you need on site. Easy to town. Joe the caretaker was attentive. Owner very responsive. Wonderful trip.

great stay in the keys

loved all the space we had .. we had 4 kids and 8 adults and the space was perfect the driveway was nice and long so the kids could ride their scooters and skateboards .. the pools and hot tub was great.. they do need to get some good stainless steel pots and pans all the ones in kitchen are peeling so not so great to cook in... other then that it was all great..

Painfully, Beautiful, Wonderful stay!

Beautiful compound and wonderful sunsets with amazing views! This would have been perfect location if the information regarding beds and bathrooms were matched up in away that was meaningful in the listing! While the facilities are functional, age and use have done them no favors. The property manager was very responsive to the plumbing and sewer issues. The pools and hot tubs were very nice but hammock was broken down! Overall our family vacation was wonderful in spite of all of the deficiencies!

Beautiful property!

Beautiful property and worked well for our large group. It was very private and secure. It had a few minor issues , such as we needed more linens for kids who decided to crash on the couch in the big house. Also, the boat ramp was tricky because of how steep it was. We had a few minor plumbing issues too, but the property manager was quick to resolve them. Over all it was a great stay!
