Paul was a great host! He communicated all of the information I needed, and was always prompt answering the random questions I did have. My family really enjoyed their stay, especially spending time on the back patio. We will very likely stay there again

This was a great home away from home. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Check in and check out was easy and convenient. It was a great launching spot to meet others for activities and also a comfy spot to just chill. A thorough and thoughtful accommodations. Paul is an outstanding host.

We were quite impressed with the property listing and why we selected it, but not enough can be said about how it was even better than we could ever imagine. The home was clean, well appointed and provided us everything we were looking for during our visit. The rear deck with beautiful shade tree provides a perfect place to enjoy your coffee in the morning and evening refreshments. There is convenient on street parking at your front door step or at a parking space at the rear of the property. Paul, our host, provided constant and informative commutation and ver accommodating with special requests. We’re retuning to the area in a couple months and have already rebooked the home for our next stay. Believe me, you won’t be disappointed making Paul’s home your go to place to stay in the York area!Jim and Lisa

Quiet, clean, and cozy! Host was very responsive and accommodating. The home has everything you need, and the thoughtful touches Paul added created a memorable experience. We were in town to visit family for Thanksgiving, and the kitchen was perfect for preparing a few dishes to take with us. This will be our go-to place to stay when visiting our family.

I welcome Lucinda's family anytime. They went to an extra effort to clean up everything. If I didn't have to clean between guests, anyway, I would have thought it was already cleaned. Even made their beds.

Holiday in Emigsville

We stayed over the Christmas holiday to visit with family in the area. It was perfect for our needs. Cute little place with great beds! It had everything we needed for our stay. Paul was very accessible, knows the area and is close by to help with any unusual needs.
