Welcome to our family-friendly Pool House with Mini Golf! We are thrilled that you are considering our charming home for your vacation. Designed with families in mind, this relaxing retreat combines modern coastal comfort, outdoor fun, and a convenient location near beaches, golf, and local attractions.

Our home features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The primary suite includes a King-size bed, en-suite bathroom, TV with streaming access, and plenty of storage. The second bedroom also offers a comfortable King-size bed, closet space, and TV. The third bedroom is perfect for kids and larger groups, featuring a Full-over-Full bunk bed, twin trundle, small workspace, and cozy bean bag chairs.

The fully equipped kitchen includes major and small appliances, a coffee maker, toaster, cookware, and food storage containers. The dining area overlooks the backyard, while the family room provides a welcoming space for movie nights, board games, or simply relaxing together.

Step outside and enjoy our favorite part of the property. Take a dip in the private pool, challenge family and friends to a round of mini golf, enjoy meals on the patio, or gather around the fire pit on cooler evenings. The outdoor entertainment area is perfect for watching games, listening to music, or simply unwinding after a day of adventure. A barbecue grill is also available for outdoor cooking.

Our location makes it easy to enjoy the best of the area:
• 15 minutes to Wabasso Beach
• 10 minutes to Sebastian Municipal Golf Club
• 15 minutes to the Environmental Learning Center (great for kids)
• 11 minutes to Downtown Sebastian

We're also within easy reach of Kennedy Space Center, and on clear launch days you may even catch a glimpse of rockets crossing the sky from the property.

Sebastian House

The house was very clean, loved the decorations and nicely furnished, very much a coastal feel/vibe. The check in process was very easy and the host was very quick to respond to a question I had. The bedrooms (all 3) were spacious. Very quiet neighborhood and easy access to highway I95 and to beach. If I had anything to complain about it, would be that the Master bed was too firm. I love a firm mattress but maybe a pillow top/ cushion pad would help. TV's in every room and back yard was fenced in with nice table and chairs but unable to sit out there in evening due to mosquitoes.. perhaps a screened in area would fix that. Would definitely rent this property again when in the area.
