About the host

Hi we are from Massachusetts and decided to invest in our future by purchasing this adorable condo in NMB. We are FT working parents of 3 children with the plan to move to SC one they have all moved out. We cannot get down to the beach often with our hectic schedules so we decided to share it with others! Itโs our home away from home and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
Why they chose this property
We searched high and low and found this spot. We chose it because it is on the ocean with great parking and a great walking beach. Itโs so close to all the restaurants and Barefoot Landing. But still in a quieter neighborhood than other properties.
What makes this property unique
The location is key. The views are amazing. The elevator access and parking is essential. The unit itself is updated and a great layout.
