Fall in love with this 3-bed, 2-bath pool haven in the family safe Terramar community of Peoria. You’ll sleep nicely with comfy king-sized beds in each room.

Relax easy with fast WiFi, a 65-inch smart TV in family room and a 55-inch smart TV in the master with YouTube TV for all the cable channels.

Prepare delicious meals using the well-equipped kitchen and fire up the BBQ for an outdoor experience. Full coffee bar also.

Pool fence and various child and dog safety measures are also present.

This is a pristine and well cared for home. All furniture is in good shape and very clean. We replace linens and towels regularly and our cleaners and professional. We take pride in hosting and know you'll love this neighborhood and home!

You will have full access to this home including the garage, pool, back yard, and BBQ. The home also has fast cable WiFi and all the cable TV channels.
We guarantee a very comfortable stay!
