90th Birthday party

We came to surprise for a 90th birthday party. We had such a wonderful time at this home. Plenty of room for everyone. Many gathering spots. Girls had to do some homework, quiet space for that. The pool and outdoor space were a great success. Loved our stay

Seeing your children? PRICELESS!

The house was AMAZING! Close to Surprise Stadium. We had a lot of Oregon State Beaver Alumni. We had room for our kiddos to come visit! The house was immaculate! We felt safe and had sooooo much fun! Love the fact they had a heated pool and poker set! 🙌 Thank you so very much for opening your home to our family and friends! We are hoping you will have us again next Feb.

Awesome

This was the perfect place for our family of 8 to stay while we were in Surprise to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday. She lives in Sun City Grand and we were a very easy 10 min drive away. The house is spacious, with lovely, soothing decor and really comfy furniture. It has a well stocked, big kitchen, plenty of places to hang out together and very comfortable beds. The backyard is great. We enjoyed the putting green, fruit trees and if it were a bit warmer, I am sure we would have loved the pool. The Halverson's are great hosts; responsive leading up to our visit and really thought of everything to make the stay as enjoyable as possible. A definite gem!
