Great location as its right on the edge of downtown and one block north of main road that has all the restaurants, shops, etc. The kitchen window has a view of Betsie Lake. We rode our bikes and walked to many places. Lovely town to visit in the fall and as with all Michigan shoreline towns, it is very very busy in the summer.

Great location and perfect for a small family. Would have loved to have an umbrella on the upper deck, but that was the only flaw in our stay. It was cute and cozy as advertised.

The little apartment was clean, functional, perfect for the stay with my children and I. It had everything needed to eat cook and rest. A huge plus was the Disney plus for some downtime for my little children, and the proximity to the beach and restaurants/shops of Frankfort was super convenient. A perfect stay overall and at a totally reasonable price.

This is the fourth time we’ve stayed at this property, but the first time we stayed in the upstairs apartment. Apartment was clean, well laid out, well equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We love this property and look forward to returning soon!

Worked perfectly

My husband and I love this area of Michigan and this place worked well as our home base as we explored and relaxed. We ate every meal on the balcony. It was close to town, Lake Betsie and The BIG Lake- our favorite!

Our stay

We have stayed here for over 20 years and love the size and location. It's always clean. The blinds/curtains need to be fixed or replaced. We also heard some critters in the attic during our stay. There is no light on the front of the house to see the address. We love staying here and we'll see you next year! Thanks! 🙂
