Brand new hot tub and fenced in yard!!!!!!!!  The Kwan Tip Beach House is located 4 miles south of the downtown area of Ocean Shores. This beautiful brand new home is tastefully decorated and offers  2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with queen sized beds. There is a pull out sofa in the living room as well. 
The garage has been turned into a game room . So when the weather isnt perfect you still have family friendly stuff to do. 

Dogs are okay with an additional fee. 
No Smoking

Relaxing stay

We had a nice stay at Kwan tip beach house! Would stay here again! Only recommendation I have for them is to get a new bbq the one they have is old and rusty, but it didn’t stop us from using it.

Property was very nice and well equipped. Our only suggestion would be to have written instructions for using the TVs and the remote. Also a full length mirror in one of the bathrooms would be nice. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Wonderful place to stay!

We would gladly stay here again! The house was very clean and comfortable. Really appreciate the variety of seating available in the living room. The kitchen is well stocked with pans and cooking utensils. One person in our party has mobility issues so the ramp to the front porch and the walk in shower were added bonuses.

Nice House with Fenced Yard and Hot Tub!

Brought 2 large dogs with us and the fenced yard with hot tub in the backyard was awesome! I would say if you have very small dogs, that there were some gaps under the fence gates that smaller dogs may be able to get through. Otherwise, it was so nice. Clean, new, no weird dog smells. Hot tub was sparkling clean. The grill has propane and was super easy to use. Kitchen was well stocked with any items you'd need to cook stuff. Overall a great cozy beach getaway. Would recommend!

Great time with Family!

Every year I book a place to stay near ocean with family for anniversary and daughters birthday. The KWAN beach house delivered. Was clean, had lots of space, close to Ocean Shores and beach access. One thing to be aware of if you order food for pick up at Bennets. Make sure you order from the one in Ocean Shores and not Westport.

Overall a good experience, there are some problems with the home though. We had two teens and a ten year old who all stayed in the garage area. When we moved the pull out couch to accommodate the air mattresses we brought with us, there were weird black worms underneath the couch. Some were dead and others were still alive. I cleaned them up but it was disconcerting. The beds in the two bedrooms were small and uncomfortable; they seem cheap. The overhead lights in the kitchen and the ceiling fan didn’t work. There is not currently open local beach access, you have to drive into town or to a beach further north. The kitchen was fairly well stocked and the hot tub was amazing.

Family fun before college starts...

We wanted an affordable place for 6 adults and one dog to stay that included a hot tub and was close to the beach. This house had more than enough room for us as the bonus play room with additional seating, games and tv was never even used. The kids (ages 20-22) might have liked a third bedroom as we basically had three couples in the house but as they didn't have to pay they didn't get a say. Our dog loved the fully fenced back yard and we made good use of the hot tub and grill out back. Check in and check out process was easy and the house was actually ready before the stated check in time.

Overall a good stay.

The house and property is amazing. Wish it was stocked better. The pots and pans are terrible. There were very few serving utensils and no potatoe peeler so we bought one and left it there. No ziploc bags or foil or saran wrap either. We stayed there a whole week and ran out of papertowels and garbage bags on the 3rd day. There was dish soap but no sponge. We will probably go back to the same neighborhood but a different property manager. When we complained about the lack of supplies and asked for more the person we spoke to was rude and we didn't get extra supplies until very late the following day. Also, someone came by and let themselves into the back yard to mow the lawn without letting us know. Thankfully, our dogs were inside at the time but we were concerned that our dogs could have gotten out if they were in the backyard at the time.

Jaclyn, I do appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. I do feel however it is a little " one sided " I did check the pots and pans. They are very nice quality and all in good shape. So I am not sure what you were expecting or disappointed in. I have restocked the serving utensils, baggies and foil. I do apologize housekeeping did not realize it was a week long stay and you ran out of paper towels. We did bring them right down to you , not a day and a half as stated. Its my understanding the lawn service knocked on the door but got no answer, so they did mow the lawn as scheduled. This is a very nice home that we have worked very hard to make it as pleasant as possible for guests . So to hear you had a good stay overall but I do feel that a 3 star review is unfair. Rick

Some issues, but still fun

This house was a great size for our family of 5 + 2 dogs. Clean, well-working appliances, TVs, hot tub, etc. Fun garage/rec room space for the kids. A few issues: 1) The listing pictures are a bit misleading. We did not know it was a corner lot right next to a fairly busy street, and the pictures do not show the house directly behind the property where the neighbors can walk out their backdoor and easily see you getting in and out of the hot tub. 2) The backyard was fully fenced, which was great for the dogs. But we couldn’t let them romp for long, or walk to the hot tub barefoot, as the weeds have spread poky burrs all over the yard. We had to pick these out of our dogs’ paws several times. 3) There is beach access in walking distance, but we didn’t know that upon arrival. Thankfully we found it by driving around a bit, but it would be great for management to provide a little map of the surrounding area so people know how to get to the beach access areas. 4) There is a really nice washer and dryer in the home, but we couldn’t find any laundry detergent. When I reached out to inquire, they said that they do not provide detergent. I asked if they by chance say this in the listing, and their response was “we’ll have someone bring some by”. It came fairly quickly, but it was shocking to me that they do not provide this normally. We’ve stayed at lots of rental properties, all with laundry, and all provide detergent.

Heather, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. I read each and everyone. And make changes if needed. Your review seems confusing to me. The address is sent to you when booking., so it shows it is on a corner lot. The house is completely fenced with a 6 foot tall solid fence for privacy and safely reasons. Not sure how the house across the back property made you feel uncomfortable. They can not see into the yard or hot tub. Its a residential neighborhood so yes you will hear other people enjoying their vacation homes as well. I do apologize for the beach thistles , they are impossible to get rid of at the beach. They are only are not ALL over the yard as stated. The house is 2 blocks from the beach, you can actually hear it when outside so assumed you would not have such trouble finding it. I do apologize also for housekeeping that over looked restocking the laundry pods for the washer. Which we do provide. They were dropped off within a n hour of your call . I have worked very hard to get the 4.8 star rating so I find it disappointing to see this one over exaugurated . I hope future guests read this review for what it is . Rick
