About this property

A Little Blue Beach House - Ocean & Bay views

Relax in this beautiful vacation home! Listen to the waves crashing onto the shore.
Open concept living on the main floor with plenty of seating. The large dining table seats 8, which is great for the holidays.
The kitchen has granite counters, full size stainless steel appliances including easy access filtered water and ice in the refrigerator door, and everything you need to create a meal, if you choose to cook. We provide basic spices, coffee and creamer.
Master bedroom on the main floor has a king size comfortable memory foam bed and balcony to the private fenced back yard and access to the newly added Hot tub. There are two bedrooms upstairs, 'the balcony room' has another comfortable king memory foam bed while third bedroom has two memory foam twin beds and day bed with a trundle that has standard mattresses. The trundle pops up and can be used as a king bed.
The backyard has a gas fire table, gas grill, and patio table with umbrella.
This truly is our vacation home that we rent out when we are not using it ourselves. It's beautiful and has all the comforts of home including WiFi, flat screen TV with DVD player, CD/radio, music, books, games, and puzzles.
All linens are provided with exception of beach towels. There is a washer/dryer, we even supply a couple of soap pods in case you need it.

This is my third time in this delightful home! They have done an awesome job with recent renovations! Three of us shared this home, although we could have had for our five others. Check-in was so convenient and the layout and wonderful kitchen and living room made us feel very much at home. Great hot tub, too!

This is the third time for our family vaca at this cute house. We just love it there And even tho the beach access is closed....the newly added hot tub made up for it. We enjoyed evenings relaxing in the hot tub. And we had beach time at the jetty that is not very far away. We will be back next year cute little blue house!!

Perfect getaway

We loved every bit of our stay at this house!! We would so stay here again! Short walk to the beach, enclosed back yard for the doggies & a cute playhouse in the back that our precious granddaughter just loved playing in! It was a perfect getaway weekend for the fam❤️

Overall, a really nice place to stay. We appreciated the fenced-in yard for the pups, and the furnishings were great for the most part. Unfortunately, the nearby beach access was closed due to erosion control -would’ve been nice to know this up front, but we weren’t upset as alternate beach access was a short drive away.My only criticism was the downstairs master bedroom bed. The frame was squeaky and the mattress was very bouncy, so that when you wanted to change positions or get up in the middle of the night, you couldn’t do so without disturbing your partner. An investment in a new bed and better quality mattress would’ve made this a perfect getaway.Admittedly, it’s a minor quip in an otherwise lovely home in a picturesque and quiet setting.

I was very pleased with the little blue cottage. I was not happy that the beach was closed. I realize its not the fault of the owner, but a notification would have been nice since we chose the house due to its location. Overall, we had a great time. The cleaners did a great job cleaning prior to our arrival!

Adorable Beach Bungalow

We stayed over Thanksgiving week, four adults and one child (aged 3). Really lovely home, just the right amount of space for us. The beach was a walkable distance. House is tucked away from town, nice and quiet for a visit.

We all had a wonderful time at the little blue house, excellent view of the ocean on the upper deck. Plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable. Just a short walk to the beach, the kids loved it & so did all of us. Awesome host, would definitely stay there again. Thank you, Tamara

It’s great location and time with grandkids. Play area for kids was too small for our kids and not in good condition. This was a minor issue since so close to beach and fun! Thank you for the great memories!

Lovely house, exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of spices supplied, not that i was doing much cooking. I really liked that there was plenty of towels, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher tabs and they even supplied shampoo. There were a lot of quality books and games too. The house is a short walk to the beach at Damon Point and about a 10 minute drive to the main beaches that you can drive onto, and about 15 minutes from the main town centre area. I highly recommend this house.

The Great Little Blue House in Ocean Shores

Arrived a bit late due to the worst traffic that I have ever seen (I-5) We walked into a cozy and airy house that had everything that was needed for a relaxing weekend. I especially liked the fenced in yard (for Ms Penny) A previous reviewer mentioned that the washer and dryer were loud….they were. Also there was no broom. My favorite place was the 2nd floor front porch with the view of the bay. I will be back.

Beautiful clean house, dog friendly, great sleeping accommodations!

House is even better than the pictures show! Very clean and modern with a fully fenced backyard for your dog. 2 full bathrooms make showering after beach trips easy. Just 2 blocks from Damon point beach which is great for kids since it’s inside the bay and doesn’t get the big ocean waves. 2 king beds and a 3rd bedroom with 4 smaller beds make this house an ideal location for families to stay. Our only complaint is the check out process asks that all dishes be washed and put away before 11am check out. That’s a bit of burden since the dishwasher takes 2+ hours to run. Most places we have stayed ask that you load the dishwasher and set it to run before leaving, then the cleaning crew puts dishes away. Please consider amending this checkout policy. Also the washer/dryer is pretty loud. If you need to wash clothes make sure to do so during the day. These are extremely minor complaints, overall the little blue beach house is a phenomenal rental! We loved it and will be back soon!

Nice Vacation Home

We had a very nice stay. The house is easy to find and in a quiet neighborhood a short stroll from the bay. The rental agency was easy to reach and responded quickly when we arrived and one side of the sink wouldn’t drain. The living/dining/kitchen area worked fine for a party of 7. The kitchen is well stocked but note that the knives are not great if you plan to do much cooking. Also there are no seasonings or spices left behind by renters like you find in most other rental homes. There are lots of books, games and puzzles, but all the puzzles and games have missing pieces. All the mattresses are comfortable. For the two king beds anyone under 5’4” needs a step stool to get on them. We bought one and left it there to make it easier for the next guests. It has a nice Weber gas grill in the backyard which worked great. But note that there are no bbq utensils other than the cleaning brush. The backyard needs some tlc. It was not an issue for us because it was not nice enough to want to sit outside. But the backyard needs to be weeded. And the patio furniture is weathered and peeling and needs to be replaced. We would return to this rental. We had a nice time.
