The space
Home is recently remodeled, centrally located in WLA near UCLA medical center, Century City, Beverly Hills, Culver City, and Santa Monica. There is a large sunken bath in which to relax in the master bathroom. A romantic wrought iron canopy in the master bedroom. Central air and heat. There is a large desk perfect for office work in one of the bedrooms. A large leather sofa in the living area and TV on the wall serve as a comfortable spot to lounge for rest or to congregate with your family or partner. Beautifully remodeled kitchen is well equipped with major necessities and perfect if you desire a home cooked meal. Eat your meals at the beautiful Indonesian wooden dining table right next to the kitchen. Enjoy coffee or a drink at the small table on the front patio. French doors in the master bedroom lead out to the yard and patio with table. If you have a dog, you can let your dog out to the dog run by opening the door in the kitchen. As there may be another dog in the guesthouse, please do not leave your dog unattended in the main yard. As of 6/15/25, there is no dog in the guesthouse. Please inquire whether there will be another dog onsite during your stay if you are concerned. There is a TV in each bedroom and in the living room. Peruse the highspeed internet with the wifi code. Perfect for couples, working people or families.
Guest access
You and your group will enjoy privacy in the main house and have sole use within the confines of the house. You may sit in the front or backyard if you like. Outdoors, there may be infrequent passing by of others who live on other parts of the property. There is studio guesthouse above the house. The guesthouse
tenant does not have access to the interior of the main house which will be your domain during your stay. The property manager may only enter the interior of the house if you request assistance with an emergency or other desired issue during your stay. If you run into the manager outside, the manager will say hello and may make sure everything is ok with your stay but will respect your privacy. When onsite, the manager will interact with you as little or as much as you like. You the guest will primarily dictate the level of contact. The guesthouse tenant also has the right to quiet enjoyment of the backyard. However, It is rare that the GH tenant has spent much time in the backyard. As of 7/1/25 the gh tenant will be the property manager. Other times it maybe a travel nurse. There is one assigned parking spot. There is free street parking without a permit for 2 hours from 8 to 6 Monday through Friday. All other times will require a permit. A permit will not be provided for street parking.
Other things to note
A twin air mattress or cot, the 3rd bed, is available for use in the living room. Please advise of need upon booking.
If you require any sort of special accommodations please inform prior to booking. We aim to please so don't hesitate to ask.. If you prefer a stay longer than 30 days, which avoids the 10% occupancy tax, please let me know and we will discuss what we can work out. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. If smoking is detected, A portion of your deposit will be retained for lost rent and to cover odor elimination services. If the police are called out due to complaints of excess noise or violation of the law, $500 of your deposit will be retained for each offense. If you have a pet, even if its a service dog, please notify prior to booking. We prepare the house differently for pets. Cats of any type are not allowed since the owner is allergic and lives in the 2 bedroom unit when not rented. Some dogs are welcome and there are rules regarding pets that must be discussed prior to booking. Additionally if you have a pet the cleaning fee is increased by $85. If there are 2 pets, the fee will be $100. If you have a pet and do not notify when booking, your reservation is cancelable. Please disclose whether you have a pet or not even if a service animal prior to arrival as we must prepare the house to be pet friendly and keep our furniture protected.
