LOVELY CUSTOMIZED HOME FOR LONG TERM RENTAL
This lovely home is in a corner lot and just walking distance from Walmart and shopping centers.
Close to Spring Mountain Blvd where China Town and hundreds of restaurants are located.
This house is located on the west side of HW 15 and just 2 miles away from the strip with 4 bedroom, 3 full toilet/bath, and can easily accommodate 11 adults. Nice open concept and large kitchen equipped with complete utensils, pots, pans, microwave, stove, ref, and all you need for cooking. It is a 4 car garage with additional parking spaces along the driveway
There is a another studio type room at the backyard that has its own separate/private entrance which is not included in this rent however, Landlord is open in renting the unit for an additional fee.
We also have an 8 seater and 12 seater passenger van ready for rent at a discounted monthly price.
