Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn off central air or heat
Remove all bed sheets just pile them on the floor and each room
Put keys back in the lock box scramble the numbers
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No loitering in the front of the house.
