About the host

Host profile image
I grew up in the Southeast United States. I finished High School and College in Pensacola, Florida. I spent four years in the Marines as a crewmember in the F4, Phantom, aircraft.

I am retired from Chevron Phillips Chemical Company. My last position was a Computer Systems Analyst, mainly working on WEB applications.

After retiring, my wife and I moved to Upstate South Carolina. Since that time, I have spent most of my time building our rental cabin.

Why they chose this property

After retiring, my wife and I were looking for a place to build in the local area. After being shown this lot, I was hooked. I called my wife and told her that I must have died and gone to heaven.

What makes this property unique

The solitude and privacy is wonderful... and it is truly a wilderness setting. You can hear the creek at the bottom of the hill.
