We had a lovely stay at this place! The communication with the host was so wonderful, they always responded very quickly! The place was very clean and well kept. All of the rooms were very clean as well. The place was much bigger than it seemed from the listing! Great area as well, you can walk to lots of things! I would highly recommend this place!

Saturday night market location

This home worked out well for my family’s two week stay in Chiang Mai. Communication with owner was extremely helpful and timely about property. We also appreciated the housekeeper that stopped in. Thank you for a great stay!

Roomy and Great location

This property is in a good location, very close to old town. The home is very large and it was great to have a bathroom in each bedroom. It is very clean. The living area is quite sparse with uncomfortable chairs for seating. . A sofa or sectional would have made a big difference as far as comfort. Also the stairs to the bedrooms are quite steep. This property would not be good for someone with mobility issues.

We did not stay at the apartment. We are elderly and the steps were too steep and too many to navigate. The pictures showing the apartment did not accurately reflect the apartment appearance. Pictures depicted a bright, well staged setting. In fact the place was more stark and some places dingy looking. The kitchen was almost too small to move around in. That is why the pictures only depicted small sections instead of the whole kitchen. I did not get any satisfaction in trying to negotiate with the host for a partial refund. I was told I had to deal with VRBO. VRBO said I have to deal with the host. We stayed in a hotel for our time in Chiang Mai. I plan to pursue this further when I return home.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that the property was not suitable for your needs. For clarity, the reservation was never checked in and the guests did not stay at the property. We provided complimentary early luggage storage prior to check-in, but no early access or property viewing was arranged. The listing includes photos, floor plan information, and location details to help guests determine whether the property is suitable before booking. We understand that preferences regarding stairs, layout, and accommodation style can vary from guest to guest. When the refund request was received several days after the reservation had begun, we reviewed available options and explained the limitations of what could be done from the host side, as the reserved dates had remained unavailable for other guests during that time. We appreciate the feedback and will continue improving our listing information to help future guests make informed booking decisions.
