The location is everything with this place. It’s just steps from the ocean and right in the heart of Wrightsville. A major plus is having a parking spot, which is essential during summer and prime beach season.From the porch, you can feel the ocean breeze, hear the waves, and even catch a glimpse of the sea. The outdoor furniture is comfortable and relaxing, and the back porch has a grill and dining set.Inside, the home has everything you need for a great stay: two bedrooms with comfortable beds, a living room TV, coffee pot and mugs, fridge, and even a washer/dryer. It’s also nice to have the whole top level to yourself, and the rooms are cutely designed.I would definitely stay here again.

Great location

My family really enjoyed our stay, i love hanging out on the front deck watching and waving to all the people walk by. Short walk 1 way to beach and the other way to restaurants and ice cream.

Location was perfect for beach access. Close to bars and grocery store. Decks on the front and back of unit were great. Grill was a perk as there is market across the bridge that had fresh fish and shrimp. Parking space with unit was key - room for two cars. Unit was clean and provided linens and some supplies. Kitchen had necessary items for a few days but lacked some everyday items and essentials for grilling. Unit is dated and could use maintenance inside and out. Host was very responsive and attentive to any concerns.

4th of July Stay

Great week in Wrightsville for the 4th of July Holiday! The house is steps to the beach and steps to the beach bars and restaurants for all the nightlife. Ample parking for three cars, and great front and back patios for winding down after the beach. Stephen is super communicative if necessary, but we had no problems!

Beach house

Great stay. 2 decks one in front and back. Just need to add more metal forks in case people eat in. We had 4 family members. At one point had 7 for a quick bbq.

Great spot in Wrightsville

We loved our stay at Stephen’s apartment! He was an amazing and responsive host. The porch with a view of the water was a great place to hang out, and only steps to the beach. The inside was very cute and clean. Will definitely be back!

Great spot!

Only issue is the listing notes 4 separate beds, however there are only 2 in the house. The other two “beds” are a blowup mattresses and a couch. Otherwise great spot!

We had a great stay - very clean flat and great location. Would love more kitchen gear for cooking meals. Also - calling out a brew coffee maker since most places have pods and drip. Wasn’t a big deal but knowing what’s available in the kitchen would help meal planning. Thanks very much !

Unbeatable location

We enjoyed staying at this condo. The best part was the location. You were 100m from the beach in one direction and a 100m to downtown Wrightsville beach in the other. Tanya, the house manager was very helpful and available by direct contact. We had an issue with the laundry machine and she was able to resolve the issue quickly. The unit itself will need some more repairs and updating soon but serviced well as a home base for exploring Wrightsville Beach.

Great location but bad

The location was fantastic. The place itself was bad. Kitchen cabinets falling off hinges, shower doesn’t drain, freezing in the living room and sweating in the bedrooms. It’s not 1-1/2 bath. You can see light around the back door when it’s closed. Watched a giant roach run across the floor one night.

The location was absolutely perfect! It is just steps to the beach, restaurants, shops, etc. We loved relaxing on the deck and in the hammock. We were pleasantly surprised to find a beach umbrella, chairs, and a boogie board to enjoy at the beach. We appreciated the host’s communication as well. The property met our needs. It does need a little TLC, but you’re most likely staying at this property for its incredible proximity to beach and other local bars and restaurants!
