Enjoy breathtaking ski run views in this newly remodeled, 4 bed/3 bath mountain modern luxury townhome in the Prospector Square area - just a 5 minute drive to Old Town Park City (Main Street) and Park City Ski Resort, and 8 minutes to Deer Valley.

This spacious multi-level home features a brand new kitchen and baths, mud room with ski storage, a private deck with BBQ, and backyard with hot tub and fire pit. Custom-built bunk beds sleep 4 kids, perfect for families. The outdoor safety play place jungle gym will keep your children playing happily in a fenced yard giving you time to relax.

Guests without a vehicle can either use Uber or opt for the short 3 block walk to a bus stop that offers easy and free transit to all of Park City's attractions - Old Town (Main Street)'s downtown restaurants and shopping, Park City ski resort, and Deer Valley and Canyons ski resorts.

Monarch offers a cozy fireplace inside and fire pit next to a hot tub outside to relax after a busy day of recreation. As super hosts, we look forward to hosting you!

Ski Trip

Awesome Stay

Super communicative host, nice & updated home, perfect for 3 couples two toddlers! Super easy check in/check out. The location is PERFECT. 5 minutes from downtown/park city mountain and out of town enough to not get stuck in crazy traffic. Highly recommend!

Ski Trip in Park City

We stayed here for a ski trip and loved this little house so much! It had everything we wanted - comfortable beds, large bedrooms, warm showers and a nice hot tub to soak in after a long day on the mountain. We were so close to town and could easily drive to Main Street and the slopes all within 10 minutes or less! This house had everything we were looking for.

Why they chose this property

We love to ski and mountain bike and always wanted a place in Park City to enjoy year-round. We choose this Prospector neighborhood as it is well established, tucked away from the busy downtown area but only a 5-minute drive away. The house has glorious mountain views. The quiet cul-de-sac has very kind neighbors.

What makes this property unique

We own both sides of the Monarch duplex and you may be able to rent both sides to accommodate your group. The yard is fenced for privacy or can be opened up for larger family groups. The Monarch is close to everything but quieter than the busy downtown area. We'd love to host you.
