Wonderful property that is very up to date. Very convenient to the bus stop down the street. Hot-tub was wonderful. No issues at all and would absolutely stay here again!

Super communicative host, nice & updated home, perfect for 3 couples two toddlers! Super easy check in/check out. The location is PERFECT. 5 minutes from downtown/park city mountain and out of town enough to not get stuck in crazy traffic. Highly recommend!
The home was very comfortable and well equipped. It is at one end of Park City that allows easy access to the freeway and nearby towns. Tracey was quick to reply to all questions. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We stayed here for a ski trip and loved this little house so much! It had everything we wanted - comfortable beds, large bedrooms, warm showers and a nice hot tub to soak in after a long day on the mountain. We were so close to town and could easily drive to Main Street and the slopes all within 10 minutes or less! This house had everything we were looking for.

Why they chose this property
We love to ski and mountain bike and always wanted a place in Park City to enjoy year-round. We choose this Prospector neighborhood as it is well established, tucked away from the busy downtown area but only a 5-minute drive away. The house has glorious mountain views. The quiet cul-de-sac has very kind neighbors.
What makes this property unique
We own both sides of the Monarch duplex and you may be able to rent both sides to accommodate your group. The yard is fenced for privacy or can be opened up for larger family groups. The Monarch is close to everything but quieter than the busy downtown area. We'd love to host you.
