Consider this townhome your home away from home while you visit Park City. This comfortable property features 3 bedrooms with 2 king beds and 1 queen bed, and one twin pullout sleeper chair ~perfect for a group of friends or family. An aero bed is available if needed.
The large kitchen with all Wolf appliances is a plus for those who love to cook. All tile floors are heated for comfort. With 3.5 bathrooms equipped with all the essentials, you'll feel right at home. Enjoy the tranquil surroundings and modern amenities like heating, AC, WiFi, Washer/Dryer and more. We think our place will help you experience everything Park City has to offer. The townhome has great views of the mountains and Park City Golf course. In the winter the golf course is used for Cross Country skiing.
After a day of skiing enjoy the 2 large hot tubs located a short walk from the townhome or in the summer take a dip in the heated pool or hot tubs. Tennis courts located on the property are for your use as well.
Leave your car in the covered carport and either walk to the lifts or take the free bus one quick stop to the base area. Supermarket, Starbucks and several restaurants are a short stroll away.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Return the keys
If used the keybox key please place the key back into the KEY BOX. Have the other key placed on Credenza in dining room. You can leave the door unlocked.
If using your own personal gaming devices or GO PRO cameras. Please have TV's HDMI plugged back into the original plugs. Reconnection fee is $50/per TV.
If used the sleeper chair~ please strip the sheets from the bed prior to closing.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Beautiful accommodations with cozy cabin feel. we loved the spacious layout and gas fireplace. The very large kitchen had new appliances and was extremely well stocked. We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable, aesthetically pleasing property.

Great Updated Condo

The was a great property. The location was great, short drive to town and close to two bus stops that will take you to town or to the ski slopes. It has a pretty view of the golf course and mountains. The condo was clean and had everything for a comfortable stay. Communication with the property managers was easy and quick. We would definitely stay here again.
