We have lived in this neighborhood for almost 20 years and love it but are on to a new adventure! We have a detailed list of our favorite places to eat, shop and wine taste at the house. Downtown Lewiston is close by and so are several thrift stores. Like to golf or fish? We've got some contacts for you! We own a business and have worked in this community for 32 years so we know some people! Let us know what your interest is and we can help.
Why they chose this property
We have some amazing neighbors and it's generally a quiet street but there are pools on both sides so don't expect seclusion and serenity. There are kids and bikes and people around so if you are family orientated this is your place! We are a huge sports family so if you are here for golf/baseball/volleyball/AAU this place could manage 2 small families. Let's talk!
What makes this property unique
We have an amazing backyard retreat that is totally unexpected from the front of the house. We have a large pool that can be heated in the month of September or April, and a beautiful outdoor dining/relaxing area. There are lots of yard games too! Corn hole, lawn darts, pool toys galore! Turn the gas firepit on at night or watch a game on the patio TV. (Streaming apps that you may have, not provided by us).
Family reunions/gatherings are welcome with discussion as to how many people. We are equipped with extra serving trays, crock pots, etc and if notified we can have those accessible.
