Modern Lake Home only 65 feet from the water, nestled in the MN north woods between Grand Rapids and Walker. On a natural spring fed lake. Enjoy the beautiful views from secluded screen porch and deck. Private main bedroom with a king size bed. Enjoy the jetted tub in the adjacent bathroom. There are a total of 5 bedrooms to accommodate friends and family. Great basement with stone fireplace and recreation area. Attractions in Walker include shops, brewery, wine bar and restaurants.

Family summer vacation

Very nice, cozy cabin with beautiful views on a very scenic and quiet lake. Family of 7 here for summer vacation and had a very nice time. Greg the host was great and extremely communicative and helpful.

Every thing at the property was great: location, cleanliness, rooms. We rode ATVs from the property to Hill City. Took kayaks for a spin one morning. Very peaceful. Would highly recommend!

The house worked great for our family of 9. Everyone had a bedroom. the 3 bathrooms also worked great. Fishing was OK, nothing great. The lake worked great for water sports.

Beautiful cabin and lake

The views are amazing and the cabin is spacious and functional. The lake is pretty quiet. The owner was excellent at communicating and accommodating our needs. The extras, like the welcome sign and kitchen supplies, were nice.

Destination Wedding

Our niece had her wedding at The Little Lazy Lodge on Boy River. The Northwoods Cabin provided everything we needed to relax and participate in the festivities. We will be back with the boat next time.

Great House for a large group

We stayed at the Northwoods retreat with a group of friends and really enjoyed it. The house is large with plenty of room for everyone to eat, play games as a group. Lots of outdoor areas and on an amazing lake. The hosts are wonderful. We had questions about getting side by sides tire repair and they went above and beyond to help us. You are sure to enjoy this home.

Honest Rental

We were so pleased with the rental! We have rented many other vacatiojn homes in Phoenix, on the Chesapeake Bay, in Florida, and several others i Minnesota. Thius is one of the few rentals that is absoutely as nice as the photos. We took a ride around the lake and love it too. We feel fortunate to be your guests.

My husband, four children and their families stayed here over the 4th of July weekend. The home was amazing! It had everything we needed and was set up well. The screened in porch was very nice to eat dinner outside and to relax and enjoy the rainstorm in as well. Greg was an incredible host going above and beyond in letting us know about the happenings in town and on the lake. He and his extended family made us feel welcome and sincerely offered assistance should it be needed. When our air compressor died, they even let us interrupt their day to blow everything up at their home. Talk about customer service! We definitely hope to be back to this amazing place that provided us with so many incredible family memories.

The house was very spacious and had everything you need. The kitchen was well supplied and had some consumables like plastic wrap, baggies, parchment paper, etc. The screen porch was fantastic and both the screen porch and the deck have amazing views and very comfortable chairs. The lake is the most beautiful we’ve ever stayed on, with water as clean and clear as a swimming pool. The dock and kayaks were great. The host was incredibly accommodating and attentive and went above and beyond to provide what we needed for a great week. The beds were comfortable and the master suite is super nice although when we were there, it had windows with no curtains, so can be bright in the morning. The other 2 bedrooms on the main floor are very small. The lower level was much colder than the main level with the AC running so we really didn’t spend much time down there, but it’s very large, with comfortable couches, a game/bar area and 2 additional bedrooms. Overall, it was a great place to stay and we had an amazing week.

Our families have been coming to Grave Lake for 65+ years. We have a cabin a couple down from this Lake home. I love sharing this beautiful area with others.

Why they chose this property

Very peaceful and one of the quietest lakes in the area. Great for water activities with kids. If you like to tube or ski, I don't think you can find a better lake to enjoy these activities.

What makes this property unique

Has everything you would want in a Lake Home. Beautiful screened in porch to enjoy the outdoors without the bugs. Fire pit if you want to enjoy the stars. Plenty of room to accommodate your family. Yard games and water activities to keep everyone entertained. Great fishing lake
