This spacious top-floor unit is ideal for families and groups, featuring two comfortable bedrooms—one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. The loft offers added versatility with queen bunk beds that can sleep up to four guests, plus a queen sleeper sofa for even more sleeping space.

Enjoy the convenience of a private one-car garage and an additional parking spot in front, along with plenty of street parking nearby (overnight permit required).

You’ll enjoy full, private access to the unit, balcony, and garage. Please note that the yard, driveway, and hallways are shared with two other units.

🔇 Balcony Use Policy: To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all guests and neighbors, patio use is allowed only until 10:00 p.m. A noise monitor (no audio recorded) is installed to help maintain quiet hours. Please be aware that violations may result in a $500 fine. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in making everyone’s stay pleasant!

- Please note:
This unit is located in a multi-unit building where all apartments are used for short- or mid-term stays. While the building is relatively new, soundproofing between units isn’t perfect, so you may occasionally hear noise from guests above.
To help maintain a peaceful environment for everyone, we kindly ask that you remove your shoes when entering the unit and avoid loud music or late-night gatherings.
* For added consideration, a noise monitor has been installed on the porch—it`s mounted on the window frame to the right. This device does not record audio; it simply monitors volume levels to help ensure a respectful atmosphere for all guests and neighbors. Thank you so much for your understanding and cooperation!

- Please note that a $500 fine will be imposed for smoking inside the property. This fee will be enforced if we receive any complaints from neighbors or if our cleaning team identifies signs of smoking. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping the property smoke-free. Thank you!

- Due to the building’s layout, sound tends to travel between floors, which can be disruptive to other guests. To ensure a peaceful experience for everyone, we are unable to accommodate children under 8. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
- Be respectful of neighbors—no loud music or late-night parties.
- No shoes or smoking inside the house.
- No tampering with devices, internet, or exterior cameras.
- Events or outsides guests need prior approval from the host, and there may be an additional charge.
- A per-night charge applies for extra guests due to additional wear and tear.
- Pets are allowed but must not be left unattended.
- Additional space may be available for larger groups; please confirm with the host before booking.
- Turn off all lights, fans, etc. when not in use and before leaving.
- Report any property damage or special cleanup needs to the host.

* Balcony Use Policy: To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors, balcony use is permitted only until 10:00 p.m. A $500 fine will be imposed for any use of the balcony after this time. * Communication and Quiet Hours:
- Host communication may not be available between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am.
- Yard hours: 9:00 am to 9:45 pm.
- Quiet hours: 11:00 pm to 8:00 am.
