Nothing fancy. It is a basic place to stay. Our biggest complaint would be that the furniture lacks a lot to be desired and is not comfortable to sit on at all when you return for the evening to relax. Beds were okay but be cautious of the center support leg in the center outer edge of the beds. I think every family member stubbed their toes on those at some point during the stay.Otherwise I guess we had everything we needed.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was perfect for my stay in Pawley's Island. The location was quiet, the space was clean and comfortable, and good as a work location. The kitchen was well stocked and made preparing meals easy.
