Unsafe Conditions and Poor Communication—Do Not Stay Here!

We arrived at this property after traveling all day, but unfortunately, our experience was nothing like we had hoped. Despite the host being communicative leading up to our stay, the issues we encountered were significant, unsafe, and not addressed adequately.The biggest concern was the showers. Both showers in the house emitted an electric zap when we adjusted the temperature, which we could feel all the way up our arm. We immediately reached out for help, and the property manager called an electrician, who essentially shrugged off the danger by advising us to "hold a towel while you touch the knobs" to avoid the shock. This is absolutely unacceptable and dangerous, especially when the potential for fatal corrosion due to the shower components is a known issue.Other issues included:The towel bar in the master bathroom was hanging off the wall, completely unusable.The vanity drawers were all off their tracks and could not be used.Flickering lights throughout the house made it feel like we were in a strobe light, which was unbearable.Upon removing our shoes and settling in, we found that the floors were filthy—the bottoms of everyone's feet turned black in a matter of minutes.We decided to leave after just 12 hours because of the safety concerns and the state of the property. Unfortunately, VRBO was unable to find us an alternative accommodation, and we had to spend an extra 6,000 to rent an Airb

The guest arrives and after 10 Minutes she treat me if I did not give her a refund she will do a bad review - I guess she booked 2 properties and trying to make money ! But I told her if she leave immediately I would give her to refund but she told me she needs to sleep one night there - so I agreed to gave her the refund for the other days since she left early next day - nobody wants a guest like that ! But for my surprise she went to my private beach spent all day and just came back after I asked VRBO to get involved and ask her to leave - and … she did took another shower 😳 - I just have good reviews some people do that only to get money and spent some days for free
