New Luxury 4BD House w/ Hot Tub 5 mins from the Lake, Oaklawn & Shopping!

Only 5 minutes from Oaklawn Racetrack and Casino! Also just 5 mins from Lake Hamilton, dining, shopping and nightly entertainment! Hidden in a privately gated come relax in this spacious 4 bd 4 ba house! Large private deck with grill, huge fire pit and amazing hot tub to relax in after a long day at the track or on the lake. Kitchen is fully furnished with all your cooking needs plus extras. 2 car garage plus large driveway .

This is a newly built 3 bedroom with large bonus room upstairs that’s counted as a 4th bedroom which also has a 1/2 bath connected to it. Sleeps 12 people total. It has a large open living area/dining/kitchen space that’s open and perfect for entertaining. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pot & pans, utensils and extra mixing and large baking bowls for large groups. One of the extra bedrooms does have a high chair. The deck is huge and seats 10+ people. It has a gas grill and 6 person hot tub. DO NOT PUT ANY SOAP OR CHEMICALS INTO THE HOT TUB! You will be charged a damage fee if the hot tub is left dirty or soap of any kind had been added to the water. Please make sure you are clean before getting in the hot tub. Below the deck is a huge fire pit with 6 chairs and a large stack of firewood to make the perfect fire. Inside there’s a gas log fireplace perfect for those cold winter nights! The master bathroom has a large deep jacuzzi tub and huge walk-in shower you will love! ❤️ The garage has a workout/gym area with a squat rack, bench, dumbbells and bands for a nice morning workout. Easily sleeps 12 but will allow more than that with PreApproval. Reservations with over 5 guest will have a group fee charged of $200 once the reservation is made please make sure to read through the entire reservation for all pricing and rules and regulations.

The stay here was absolutely fantastic. We had a lot of kids ranging from 2-18 and all of them had a great time. They really enjoyed the hot tub as well as the fire pit for roasting hot dogs and smores. The upstairs is perfect for the kids and the adults can have the entire bottom floor. Will definitely be looking to book again in the future. The host was so friendly and helpful.

Great place with plenty of room for our group of 8. Nice neighborhood and even got to enjoy the hot tub even though it was raining, because it is under the awning. Easy communication with check in/check out. Would stay again!

Such a beautiful place!

This home is in a beautiful neighborhood and is equipped with everything you need for the perfect home away from home. It was a short drive to all of our planned activities. Great vacation

This was a great place to stay for our trip to see the eclipse. Very nice house. One thing that would have helped us is more towel racks especially upstairs. We had a great time! Thank you!

Everything was as expected. The property was in excellent condition and everything we used worked perfectly. There was an issue with checking in due to a double booking problem. Struggled with that for a while.

Awesome Place

This place is in a very secure quiet place. The owner is very nice and keeps in touch with you the whole stay to make sure your happy and you have everything you need. The house is very clean and is up to date with all technology. Its very spacious in every way possible. All the neighbors are very friendly and nice. I would definitely stay here again because you couldn't ask for better service or friendliness from the owner.

Great Location

Great location. Lots of room inside the home and decor is very welcoming. My favorite was the evening at the firepit and the sunset on the deck (that was exceptional.) Just about everything you need for a stay away from home. Fully equipped kitchen which makes grilling outside great. Quick get away and a great escape. Easy to find the property and quick access to town and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. I usually go for the cabin atmosphere, but this was a last minute and it worked very well. Great communication from host and overall stay was comfortable! :)

Why they chose this property

My home is located is a nice privately gated community that is very family friendly. My home is located on the largest lot which is an acre and very private. It backs up to all trees and the views from the deck are amazing especially watching the sunset at night. This home is located in a POA which means the common areas such as the community pool and playground are ONLY offered to home owners that live in the home full time and NOT to short term rentals unless I am present. If you would like to use the pool please request it In writing to see if I’m available or can send one of my adult children to the pool to stay while you and your family are swimming. There will be an additional FEE added based on the amount of time and days you are wanting to be there. Keep in mind dates and times must be approved in writing FIRST and the home owner or her representative MUST be present at all times. Availability is not guaranteed so please send in your request as soon as possible.

What makes this property unique

My home has a hot tub and 30x30 deck perfect for entertaining as well as a huge yard with an amazing fire pit with plenty of firewood provided.
