Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Strip the Beds
Remove all used bed linens and place them at the foot of the bed.

Place all used towels in the laundry area.
Set the Thermostat
Return the temperature to 78°F.
Replenish Used Supplies
If you used up any commonly shared supplies (like laundry detergent, dryer sheets, or dish soap), please kindly replace them for the next guest.
Return the Key
Leave the key exactly where you found it – between the two doors.

Welcome to my future retirement home! I purchased this beautiful condo to call home when I am finished working. Since that won't be for several years, I decided to rent the "Lucky Penny" so others can also enjoy it.
Why they chose this property
I chose this area because I love Fort Myers! I have family in the area and of course, the weather is incredible. It is a close drive to the beach and I love all all of the restaurants and shopping in the area.
I am also a HUGE pickleball player and so when I visit I go to the local pickleball courts every day! I’ll also drive to Naples and other areas to play. I love seeing all of what Florida has to offer.

What makes this property unique
The Forest itself is a beautiful and safe gated community that is centrally located and only 15 minutes from the Fort Myers airport. The neighborhood is pristine and it is a wonderful community of people who live there. I love to go for daily walks and swim in the pool. When you enter the condo it is so quiet and very peaceful. I often fly into the Punta Gurda airport via allegient with direct flights which is only 40 minutes away.
