This Home on Bald Head Island is close to the
Marina, Ferry and Restaurants. Home is nestled among trees on the golf course. Four bedroom home with two masters with their own bathrooms , two bedrooms have Jack and Jill style bathroom that they share and another one half bath upstairs off kitchen. Two levels of decks, an additional screened in porch to watch the golfers down below. Well stocked kitchen with large dining table that seats eight. Sleeping layout accommodates 12 guests. One King, one queen, two doubles, one twin, two pull out sofas. Two golf carts to use, one six person, and one four person. Outside shower beside garage. Beach access is only minutes away by golf cart. Temporary memberships available for purchase with the Bald Head Club during your stay.

Start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please leave all bed sheets in place upon leaving. It is easier for the cleaners to do an inventory of what they need to replace before cleaning.
Place all dirty towels on top of rug in each bathroom.
Place all house/golf cart keys and garage remotes in bowl on front hall table. Check out is promptly at 10:00 AM to allow cleaners to turn over home during high season before next renters arrive.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
