Relax with the whole family at this peaceful centrally located townhouse close to OHSU,river,fwy - Modern with wood floors on main area offers 3 bdr suites each w ensuite bathrm. A great place to stay and call home during your stay.

The townhouse has 3-levels - the master and 1 bedroom are on the top level. The kitchen and living room is on the main level. The lower level has a suite with a private entrance through the house (if renting the entire 3 bdr) , or through the garage otherwise.

We are an environment friendly HH - and encourage average usage utilities and water. Excessive use (ie leaving water running, or electricity on day and night may incur additional charges) - We know this won't be an issue with 99% of guests, but we want to make sure to make mention of this.

The garage is not included in the rental (except for 2 wall racks on the left side of
garage as you enter to store non perishable, non flammable or prohibited items) as the owner is using it to store items while on leave. You can park in the driveway, however.

No smoking property in or around premises. No pets - although we are a HH that loves pets.
