**Newly updated patio and dining space** Private Portland Suite with studio layout and luxury bathroom. 5 minute drive to downtown Portland, bars, restaurants, & attractions. Easy access to freeways for day trips to wine country, the beach, or Mt. hood.

The space:
Tastefully renovated suite is in a prime location for both travels to Downtown/East Side Portland & Beaverton/Hillsboro.

Beneath our primary residence, consisting of a King Bed, 50" Smart TV, Wet Bar (with fridge & coffee maker), Luxury bathroom with a full sized Tub and separate Stand up Shower & Heated Floors, Full Wireless Internet, Desk, Black out Blinds.

Guest access:

Guest will have their own private driveway and a private fenced sitting area outside the unit.

We are happy to help with any questions or concerns. We normally are at the property or near by.

Perfect place to stay for a weekend away and a wedding in the area. Rather than being in a noisy hotel we were in a nice quiet neighborhood with a beautifully prepared separate entrance. Definitely staying here again, if we can, when we're back in town.

Great communication from the host and great location. It is a nice quiet neighborhood and convenient to get downtown. The rental is a studio style room with a small kitchenette area but we didn’t plan to cook. The bathroom was newly renovated and very nice. I would stay here again.

The hosts Jon and Whitney were very welcoming and gave clear instructions for everything about our suite upon our arrival there was no question we needed to ask. We loved the location a quiet quaint neighborhood. We stayed for three nights and felt very comfortable and safe.We were close to everything we wanted to do the mall, downtown, Old town and only about 30 min to the wineries in Newberg, if you want to take a beautiful drive out in the country. We loved the updated cozy suite with heated bathroom floors and soaking tub. We will definitely come back next time we come to Portland for a stay. Thank you again!Eddie & Melissa B.

We had a wonderful stay here! The property was accurate to the listing and it included a lot of great amenities. The space was very clean, other than a few stray hairs stuck on some towels, and the AC vent in the bathroom could use a little wipe down. Check in and check out was very easy and the host was very specific in their instruction on how to locate the property and how to enter. The bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows and blankets provided. You can hear the residents of the main house walking around upstairs which is not an issue if you’re exploring around Portland during the day, and it was very quiet after about 8p. I would definitely stay here again!
