Vacation to see extended family

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is wonderful for walking. Beautiful view of lagoon and lake from balcony and living room which we took in daily. We enjoyed having extended family over for meals with the large dining room table. Plus condo layout spacious and able to accommodate walkers and wheelchairs. Definitely would love to stay here again on our next trip to Kelowna.

Great location, comfortable accommodation

The suite was located at the heart of Kelowna with easy access to many amenities. The suite itself was comfortable, tastefully decorated, and very close to the condo pool (which the kids really liked). One thing to note is that the sink in the master bathroom is slow draining and seems to drip leak underneath.

Nice place in a great location.

The only negative was not having an umbrella made the patio unusable due to the lack of shade. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay here.
Response from VrboOwner on 25 Mar 2020
Thank you for your review, we had a few umbrellas that have unfortunately disappeared, guests like to take them to the beach and seem to forget them and another occasion a wind storm came up and took it away! We will consider another however the above ceiling from the patio above does provide some shade.

Lively property

The only thing I would change is that there were no dressers in the second bedroom.

Beautiful property. Comfy beds

Some of the information was inaccurate. Only one fob for 4 guests. The information manual in the suite is very vague.

Dear Theresa, I believe we sorted out the fob concern, there were two, the second was attached to the lanyard of the first fob. We accommodated your early check in, and yes we did discuss the info regarding coffee. I do believe as you mentioned the place was beautiful and yourself and your friends enjoyed your stay.

Ok but recommend shopping around

You’re paying for the excellent location. Pool is 4ft deep and very small for the size of the resort so not that awesome for kids older than 5 years. King bed has a hump in the middle and dips on both sides. Our backs are still sore. Bring all your own beach supplies and games as condo is not stocked with any of the usual basics such as beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, pool toys, board games, cards. Sun hits the patio in the evening and no umbrella. Bring all your own spices, coffee, oils etc. Condo is only stocked with whatever guests leave behind so can be old. Check-in is 4pm but contact could not meet us till 7pm to access unit. Contact did not answer texts message when family needed assistance for other others as well. We ended up contacting the owner but it was too late by then. Condos allow pets which is awesome unless of course you hear dogs barking at all hours like we did. If location is your top priority, I’d shop around. There is a lot of development in the area.

I’m sorry you were not happy with the condo building amenities and the unit. I do list amenities that are included in the unit on my listing, of those, condiments and beach items, and games are not listed as supplied. Beach towels are. Yes we are fortunate animals are allowed, it’s unfortunate you were disturbed by someone’s dog during your stay. Sadly we have had an umbrella on the patio previously, occasionally high winds pick up we have had one blow off the deck, due to the hazard and injury it could cause, the majority of owners do not have umbrellas on their deck. Thank you for your comments, as owner I appreciate your feedback.

Lovely getaway

Very clean! Great location. Nice view. Well stocked. Nice building and facilities. We appreciated the new, clean bedding. Reasonably priced. We would return. Note: underground parking does not fit a full size SUV with a Thule box on the top. Very little street parking - and street parking is paid.

Sunset Dr.

This is a lovely property. The amenities were beyond reproach although it may be getting a little shop worn. The main problem we had was not being able to regulate the thermostat which appeared to be locked … may have been user related. There was considerable noise over the weekends due to lots of partying. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

Most comfortable and relaxing stay

My family and I stayed at this beautiful condo for two weeks. The location cannot be beat. Walking distance from most colonial attractions and five minute walk to the beach. We really enjoyed taking lovely walks along the lake and rarely used our car. The condo itself is very comfortable. Everything is so well thought through. The check-in and checkout process were seamless. The owner, Jamie, was very responsive and helpful in every way. Will definitely stay here again!

Location

This 2 bedroom condo was great for a family of 4. King bed for the parents and 2 single beds to split up the kids. Great access to the indoor and outdoor pool and a short walk to the beach. The complex is one of the best locations in Kelowna. Relax and enjoy!!!

Why they chose this property

I chose to buy in Kelowna, in the heart of the central downtown area because the condo is situated on the lagoon as well as lake. It's a amazing spot with walking access to all amenities..

What makes this property unique

The public beach is at your finger tips and the building itself is equipped with indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, and fitness center. The weather is always beautiful in the summer and you can choose from golf, wineries or a multitude of water activities.
