Nestled in downtown Kelowna, this delightful apartment ,right on the lake, features 2 bedrooms with 1 king bed and 1 queen bed. With amenities like AC, fast WiFi, smart TV and in-suite laundry, guests will have everything they need for a terrific stay. The kitchen is well-equipped for your convenience. Step out your door to enjoy the view or have your coffee on the patio or dock.
The location can't be beat, within a short walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, breweries,
the casino, arena, and downtown. There is a walk way along the waterfront which will take you as far as the lower Mission area. The rail trail for biking is also very close by. If you prefer a hike, that is also close.
The view of the lake from your private patio is fantastic ! There are 2 kayaks for your use, and access to a private dock. The apartment is accessed by outdoor stairs to a private entrance. The host resides on the property.

Great place, great location, great host!

This was a brilliant place to stay, we’d highly recommend Delee’s place. Everything was super clean and we felt right at home. Fab view of the lake and only a short walk to the city centre. Delee was such a kind and helpful host, thank you for our stay.

Delee’s house was pristine and had everything we needed to feel at home.Our stay was very enjoyable.We had friends visiting and the location of the property and the access to the lake made this trip perfect for them. The apartment was fabulous with a fantastic view of the lake. It had everything you could possibly need, was clean , comfortable with great views, and lots of attractions in walking distance. The location was amazing! Right on the water. The unit was surprisingly spacious with everything and more provided. Communication with Delee was great, she really made you feel at home. Would love to stay here again :)

Lovely place on the water. Tastefully decorated, clean, and well-stocked - everything we needed for the weekend. We so enjoyed sitting by the water and the cool breeze. Wish we were staying for longer. Mom didn’t want to leave!

Host was very accommodating and easy to work with.If I had one ask going forward… There is a lot of furniture in the space…less furniture may be more practical…ie: Master Bedroom. - no need for dresser with the closet space - But a work desk would be appreciated there. Wonderful stay overall.

My best friend and I spent a three day weekend here. This was such a fantastic spot for us. It was walking distance to food and drink, and the home was so nice and cozy and had everything we needed. We had perfect weather and went swimming and enjoyed the use of the dock. We loved sitting outside at night under the stars on the upper patio. The host was kind and checked in to make sure we were ok. If I am ever in the area again I would definitely stay here. It was an amazing place. The views of the mountains were top notch.

My wife and I have travel a lot and have stayed in many a short term rental. From start to finish, this was a gem. The communication with the host was excellent - they checked in several times to make sure everything was okay. The unit was easy to find, access and enjoy. The apartment was clean, well stocked, and well appointed. The beds were comfy, everything worked in the bathroom (not always the case!) and the location was perfect - close to downtown, yet in a quiet spot with the lake right outside. Honestly, there were no surprises other than realizing this was one of the best all around short term rentals we've stayed in. We travel to Kelowna a couple times each year. We'll be back and look forward to staying here.
