Beautiful vacation property directly on lake Orford (Eastern Townships).

The property offers two separate floors with separate entrances (no interieur stairs) with a kitchen, bathroom and living area on each floor. The first floor has two bedrooms and the second floor has one bedroom. A fourth bedroom is available in the annex (no bath). With two stand alone units the property is ideal for friends and family who want to gather together but who also enjoy their privacy.

During your stay, you will enjoy access to a sandy beach with crystal clear water. A pedalo, a sup board and a kayak is included in your stay. There is immediate access to beautiful hiking and bike trails. ***min 6 day stay during high season***

The property is located 10 minutes away from the ski slopes of Mount Orford and the Eastman village; 15 minutes away from Laken Memphrémagog; 25 min to Sherbrooke and 1h15 min away from Montreal.
