Beautifully appointed house and garden only 10 minutes walk from the plaza

This is a fully furnished home available for 30 day and longer stays.

Immaculately kept home 7 blocks from the plaza. Beautiful artwork adorns the walls and the living room has a large library.

Tennis courts a 2 blocks away and the golf course is 2 minute drive to the club house. River access, bike and canoe rentals are available as well.

The beautifully landscaped back yard has a deck area of the kitchen and a trellis covered dining area. A Weber Genesis grill is also on the deck.

The house is 2 stories, but has ADA access and an ADA bath on the ground floor. Off street parking with an EV charge station.

Large newly renovated house walking distance to Plaza

High quality furnishing, completely outfitted, and owner was very responsive and quick to respond to questions. I would recommend this house for anyone looking four bedrooms close to the Plaza

Perfect place, Fantastic hosts

My wife and I spent a month at this beautiful property. It was a perfect spot for us. We were amazed at the high ceilings, en-suite baths in every bedroom and great sitting and dining areas. We had friends and family visit every weekend and they were all blown away by this property as well. It was perfect even with three couples. The home is about 10 years old, super high quality, and it feels like brand new construction. We were only a 9 minute walk to the Healdsurg square and all the great stuff it offers: world class restaurants, shopping, wine tasting and groceries. The hosts were very responsive and did everything they could to make our stay outstanding. We fully intend to return to Healdsburg and will stay here as long as whoever is reading this does not snap it up first.
