Paradise is a recently updated solar powered riverfront home with its own private dock and flotilla. 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 full baths, a queen size sleeper sofa and a huge fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Enjoy swimming, kayaking, and watching the river come alive with fun in the Spring and Summer, or relaxing in front of the propane fireplace, while cooking with friends and family before a soak in the hot tub during Fall and Winter. Paradise is an all-inclusive gathering spot which has hosted travelers for over a decade. It's your time to go make some memories.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Gather used towels and place them in the laundry room near the washing machine. Used sheets may be left on the beds.

Partially eaten food should be taken to the trash upon departure, unopened food and or spices/cooking oils may be left in the house.

Be sure to place hot tub cover on hot tub securely with chemical floater inside, turn on the alarm, lock the front gate and return gate key to the lock box.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Per So Co VR Ordinance: No amplified music at any time. Quiet hours are 9:00 pm - 10:00 am, please keep your voices to a minimum during these hours.

Per So Co VR Ordinance: Outdoor burning of solid fuels and possession of fireworks is prohibited. Evacuation during an emergency is mandatory.

Per Sonoma County Vacation Rental Ordinance: Guest occupancy is a maximum of 8 at any and all times. Children under 3 years old do not apply.

Great Property on the River

We had a great time staying at this property on the river, located near Gurneville. It was clean, had kayaks/paddleboards, and the property manager was very communicative. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to have some fun on the River!

Guerneville, CA

Two children and four adults stayed three nights, with absolutely great memories of the home with absolutely no issues. If I was to return to the area, we would certainly consider this home! Beautiful, we’ll maintained and nicely decorated home to spend a short or long period of time along the river.

Beautiful home

We were on a girls trip celebrating our 50th birthdays and had an amazing stay at the riverfront home in Guernville. The home was clean and had everything. The beds were super comfortable. You can not beat the location or the views. We enjoyed sipping coffee every morning watching paddle boarders and kayakers go by and listening to all the birds. We would definitely go back. Thank you for hosting us.

Another great stay!!

This is maybe the 5th time my friends and I have stayed at this property. We absolutely love it. It's always super clean, has everything one needs, and the dealing with the owners/manager is a dream!!It's right on the water with beautiful mostly private views. Access to the river when available is so fun, and the hottub is always clean and inviting. I love this place so very much.

Birthday Treat

This home was ideal to celebrate my daughter's birthday with her friends! We enjoyed the location, and cooking up a feast. The dock was off limits because of the seasonal rains, however this news was communicated to us ahead of time and we made adjustments as to where to access the river and it did not impact our enjoyment for a long weekend. The girls loved the hot tubbing under the stars. Thank you for having us!

Paradise on the Russian River

The home is beautiful, comfortable and well stocked. We enjoyed the dock, the hot tub and the lovely kitchen and dining areas. It was quiet and serene. Hope to return soon.

Girls weekend

It was a beautiful piece of property. We all love to prepare meals each night. The kitchen was well stocked. Access to the river was perfect with a couple kayaks that we loved. We enjoyed the wildlife. We do this each year, but choose to go to different locations. But if we didn’t, this was definitely be a house that I would recommend returning to year after year.

Another Amazing Week in Paradise

This was our second summer at Paradise and it did not disappoint. The house is super clean, beds comfortable, and location is amazing. We enjoyed the kayaks and hanging on the dock. Can’t wait for next summer!

Perfect River spot

Enjoyed this place immediately upon walking in to the extremely clean, nicely decorated and arranged home. Plenty of space to work in this beautiful kitchen. Bedrooms separated for privacy. Deck area perfect for enjoying outdoor meals together. But, The Spot was the dock. We spent hours sitting on the dock, enjoying the kayaks and bird watching. Peaceful neighborhood with well kept homes. We walked to town on side street in 10 minutes. Would book again for sure!

perfect group get away setting! awesome location

What a wonderful experience start to finish. The management was immediately reactive to any/all needs. The house was clean and cozy. The floor plan is amazing for a group weekend away together (a big one for us when booking for a group), open & perfect for socializing whilst cooking, playing games, enjoying just sitting with a coffee and watching the river flow by. Highly recommend, already looking forward to coming back in summer months!

This place ticked all the boxes on our list for the perfect vacation. Especially loved the huge hot tub, the open floor common space, the proximity to downtown, the ease of check in and check out, and the communication with the property manager. There is obvious special care and consideration taken into account for everything about this house to ensure a truly relaxing vacation. Can’t wait to come back during the Summer to use the dock and kayak on the river!

Perfect Getaway

We had a group of 8 people and our dogs stay at Paradise and it was the perfect size for all of us to have a great time. The location is awesome and the dock is newly renovated. We loved the hot tub and utilized the bbq grill. Nothing but good things about our weekend staying there! (Maybe except that the weather was colder than expected lol!) I also love the fact that this house is dog friendly as we were able to let our dogs have a super fun weekend along with us! Would for sure stay at Paradise again if we want to have another group trip to the Russian River!

Relaxing River Retreat

Beautiful home, great spot on the river, easy to access. The only thing that was odd was the lack of beach towels on the property. We were instructed to bring our own or to buy some in Guerneville. Given that this is water-adjacent property, to me it only makes sense to provide guests with towels for the river. Otherwise it was outstanding and I would rent again and/or recommend to friends.

Beautiful

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful house. The dock and the river access are a dream. We did have a small issue with some construction happening next door. Apparently, it’s been going on for several years without much of an issue but the noise was really rough while we were there. They were working on building the deck and the structure around it, which required some very intense, loud equipment and machinery. I reached out to the property managers and they were understanding. They let us know when the construction was going to end for the day and tried to accommodate us the best they could. Even with this, I would recommend this property to anybody.

Roomy & Stylish well-appointed vacation rental with river access

Stayed for a long weekend. The checkin process went smoothly thanks to a very detailed email. The bedrooms were all comfortable, the bedding was nice (a nice detail for a vacation rental). Kitchen and open dining/living was great for meals and hanging out. Outdoor area had plenty of seating and great access to the Russian river. Walkable to town. This is a perfect location and Guernesville had everything we needed for a couple of meals out as well as provisions for cooking and enjoying the weekend. We happened to stay during unusual heat- thank goodness for the a/c!!!! (Not at all too common in this area)

Amazing weekend in Paradise

Paradise is the perfect weekend getaway. For my birthday weekend we decided to visit one of our favorite places with our whole family, which included myself, my husband, our daughters, our sons in law, and of course our golden retriever. We were blown away with how beautiful the house was and how comfortable and roomy it was for all of us. The kitchen was big and fully stocked with all your cooking essentials, and we were even able to barbecue one night. But by far the highlight was the river. Not only was the view insanely beautiful, but being able to walk down a flight of stairs to our own private dock on the water was just amazing. The house even had kayaks and floaters for us to play can in the water. We honestly had such a fun weekend, and with such a nice house and easy access to the water, we didn’t even feel the need to leave all weekend. If you are looking for paradise, this is it.

After years as working as an employee in the short-term rental market, managing multiple departments, I took a leap of faith acquired my Sonoma County Property Manager certificate. I began managing properties myself in 2021. I enjoy hosting visitors to the Russian River area, where I have lived all my life. I hope that each guest staying at the property leaves with a smile on their face and the consideration of a return stay.

Managing a riverfront property in Guerneville allows me the excuse to take a break along the river banks each time I visit Paradise. Guests love the location for its' unobstructed views of the Russian River, its seasonal river access, 2 single kayaks, and of course, the hot tub.

What makes this property unique

This home is located just far enough out of town that you feel removed from the town's activities, yet close enough that you may choose to walk to town for an afternoon lunch & ice-cream, or an early dinner. Less than a 5 minute drive from Guerneville, yet on point along the river bank for all it's fun and games. Modern furnishings, an open floor plan, and professionally cleaned between each stay.
