Located in the heart of Tucson and you wouldn't even know it. This house is one of a kind. Quiet, mid-town neighborhood where you can hear the birds singing not the traffic.

Extraordinary master bedroom and bath take up the entire second level with a very spacious bedroom with sitting area, king sized bed and sunset views. The fabulous master bath features a large, beautifully tiled shower and deep, free standing tub!

Guest bedroom #1 has a Queen size bed, and full bath.
Guest bedroom #2 has a full size bed and full bath.

Fabulous sunset views from the whole house, especially the large second story master suite.
Large windows and glass doors allow substantial light throughout the home.

This was a fantastic property. It was like a little oasis from the world yet not far from the city. I felt safe exploring the neighbourhood on my morning walks. I enjoyed relaxing the courtyard in mornings and evenings. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking, the lounge spacious with books, puzzles and TV with streaming services. Definitely would stay again.

QUIET, SAFE, LOVELY

Check-in and tour by owner excellent. Many amenities available and an interesting collection of worldwide items. We invited a few people for our son’s birthday and the outdoor space was delightful. Location was perfect and we felt very safe. This is the best VRBO in which we have ever stayed and we definitely want to return in the future. Thank you Julie and Eric for being such wonderful hosts!

We value peace and quiet. We found it here. The owners (right next door) made and installed a small bird feeder so that we could enjoy watching them all day. The house is located a short distance from the University, where our granddaughter is enrolled; very convenient. Also, easy access to stores, restaurants and other places of interest.

Outstanding!

My wife and I stayed here for two months (mid-February to mid-April) to escape from our wintry Wisconsin weather. We feel fortunate to have found this beautifully decorated rental. It is a wonderful property located in a pleasant and quiet neighborhood. The outdoor space was especially nice and we enjoyed watching the foliage, especially the Chinaberry trees, blossom and fill out during the course of our stay. We felt very safe walking in the neighborhood and liked that five blocks north or south was access to many good restaurants as well as other shops and businesses. Again, very walkable. As a bicyclist, I especially liked that I was close enough to the Loop bike path to bike there from the house on a dedicated route with bike crossings on the major streets. Location matters, and besides being able to walk to many destinations, we found it easy to get to all of the tourist attractions we wanted to see in Tucson and the surrounding area. As stated in other reviews and certainly echoed by us, Eric and Julie were gracious and friendly hosts. They were very responsive to questions and requests we had (which was not often since the house was well supplied). We have no hesitation in recommending this property and would certainly stay here again.

Nice well appointed home. We liked everything about the home except the gate and the kitchen lighting. The kitchen is very dark which isn't ideal for food prep and cooking. You have to go through a gate to access the home which is nice except the gate controls ( garage door remotes ) work sporadically. There's also not an electric eye on each side of the gate so it closed on our guests car damaging the vehicle.

I brought my extended family of 5 adults and 3 kids to stay at Eric and Julie’s guest house. We stayed for five nights and had a great time exploring Tucson. Eric was very helpful getting us settled in and also gave us solid advice on places to visit. The house was well stocked with paper products, the towels all looked and smelled fresh, and all the beds and pillows were pretty comfortable too. In addition to all the comforts of home the house is in a quiet but central location to everything. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We are already talking about when we can visit our relatives again in Tucson so we can rent this house! We hosted a surprise birthday party for our brother and next day hosted a bridal shower for our niece. The outside veranda was shady all day for activities and the large living room served us well as a gathering place at night. Our house host was very accommodating to us. House is well stocked with plates, glassware, serving pieces and equipment to make us feel right at home in the kitchen. Beds comfy. House is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood blocks away from restaurants and shopping. It's also close to U of A campus and a few minutes drive to downtown and airport.

Fantastic place to stay!

This home surpassed all of my expectations. The whole house is spacious and beautifully decorated, but the upstairs master suite has to be seen to be believed! The furnishings were exotic and gorgeous. It is much nicer then the high end resorts we have previously stayed at for meetings and I do not think the pictures on Homeaway give you a true feeling of how special it is. The owner, Eric, was gracious and helpful. He gave us recommendations for some excellent restaurants, as well as activity guidance. The house is located in a beautiful, quiet residential area, yet close to dining and shopping. Our stay in this home made our Tucson portion of our Arizona vacation a memorable experience.

Exactly as advertised - no surprises. Very nice! Perfect location for a U of A football game reunion for two families. Comfortable rooms, beds, and linens for at least eight. Large kitchen table easily accommodated eight for extended breakfast. Location is off the street, behind a secure metal gate, and away from any street noises. Close to grocery shopping, downtown, and the U of A campus. Eric was an excellent host offering dinner suggestions and help working the TV (our problems not Eric's units). The Thailand themed home decor was interesting and tasteful. Would return and strongly recommend this property to others.

Lovely Home in Great Area of Tucson

This home was great for my 6 week stay. It is exactly as portrayed and Eric and Julie are most accommodating if a question arises. It was 90 degrees when I arrived but the home stayed so cool I didn't notice for 3 weeks that I had not yet turned on the air conditioning. Due to my limited mobility, I used the big first floor bedroom and adjoining bath and my guests really loved the 2nd floor master suite. I did go up and check out the upstairs a couple of times but with 2 bedrooms and 2-1/2 bathrooms on the first floor, I was sitting pretty without having to deal with any stairs, just one 3 inch rise between the original and newer wings of the house, which was not a problem for me. The home is also furnished interestingly, with pieces from a number of countries. Everything is very pleasant and there are plenty of linens, dishes, kitchen appliances plus really comfortable beds. The central location is ideal for everything you want to do, whether it be national parks, art exhibits or things on the University campus. We did them all. It's a very quiet neighborhood too, yet there are many restaurants nearby, and some very good places to eat among them. The home itself is gated, with plenty of parking in the courtyard. It is a lot of space and Ioved every part of it!

Fantastic Home Close To U of A

Our family of 5 recently attended our son's graduation from University of Arizona. Eric and Julie's home was the perfect place for us. A beautiful courtyard welcomes you to a spacious, fully appointed desert home. Anything you wanted or needed was already provided, including a terrific sound system throughout the house. And being 5 minutes or less from campus, made this the ideal location.
