Newly installed level 2 electric vehicle charging station. Free to use while staying with us.Recently renovated and newly furnished! This house is a private oasis, tucked away in the historic Broadmore neighborhood. This quiet neighborhood has biking and walking paths and the lush Arroyo Chico wash is steps from the house. The Broadmore neighborhood is known as the pioneer of urban forestry in Tucson and has many large trees and beautiful desert vegetation throughout the neighborhood. Whether it’s walking, biking or driving we are only minutes away from anywhere you would like to go!

While at the house you can relax in ultimate comfort! Enjoy conversation while reclining in new lazyboy furniture. Every room has a memory foam mattress with adjustable base and the master bedroom has private patio. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need to make a great meal. You can also enjoy that meal or drinks on the large, extended patio or at the fire pit on a cool evening. Bar b queuing is a must! You can also enjoy our newly installed 3 hole putting green. The yard is large with pet friendly desert landscaping and there is plenty of room to run around for the kids.The home is also equipped with a whole home UV air purifier that filters viruses, allergens, mold, pet dander, dust and cooking smells. When you stay here you will find yourself refreshed for your Tucson adventures or business endeavors.

Things to know:
- We love and respect our neighbors. Quiet time is between 10pm to 8am.
- “Little hands touch our floor so please leave your shoes at the door”. Please remove your shoes while in the house.

•On check out day. Check out time is strictly at 11am to ensure rental is clean before next guest. • If you need a late checkout, then you need to message owner asap but it’s not guarantee.
• If you used a gate key or any key provided by owner . Then you need to return it to the designated location.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
•Renter is responsible for any pet damage to property. *Owner is not responsible if your pet is hurt, lost or stolen.
•Adult must be present while firepit in use. •Make sure fire pit screen is on at all times. •Don’t throw any plastic or metal in fire pit.
•Absolutely no one is allowed on roof at anytime. •Call owner for assistance.
