The pictures of the place overall were a bit misleading. It is a cheaper venue but for the price I paid I would’ve expected more. Starting with the pros: location overall was convenient enough to use as a travel hub, check-in was effortless because all you do is type in your door code and you’re done, there was parking next to the room so that was nice, and lastly I enjoyed their property was pet friendly even tho I left my own dog at home. Next up the negatives: There were a lot of stains on things such as the couch, the walls, the table, and the rug. We had to wipe down everything with Lysol wipes and swiffer the floors because outside of the bed and sheets we couldn’t tell what had actually been cleaned properly (not saying it was the owners but they might want to double check after whoever did it if they were paying for a service), the bathroom door doesn’t close(no need to explain that one), the ac vents had a bunch of rust spots all over them and the ac unit was super loud and went off about every 15 minutes so one minute it’s quiet and then it would power up like a jet engine and we’d have to turn up the tv for 10 minutes straight to drown it out(that made it very hard to sleep), the towels were clearly old and cheap (we were given 4 sets of the same towels but somehow they were all different colors due to fading) lastly is communication, very friendly in text very possibly automated but why did it take 9 hours for “the team” to bring us towels after asking for them??
