Loved the house, pool and the view. Photos are spot on. The only thing I would recommend is researching the dry season for this area so your expectations are appropriately set for the seasonal foliage (or lack there of) in the Guanacaste providence.

The house is excellent. On the newer side. Great set up for two families with kids. There are two masters on the top floor and two bedrooms on the bottom floor for kids. The views are incredible. The pool is a great place to hang out. There is alot of road noise, but any house east of the road will have that issue. Parking is challenging as well. Get an automatic.Overall great house

Thank you very much for your detailed 8/10 review! We’re so happy to hear that you found the home excellent and well suited for two families. The layout really does work beautifully with the two primary suites upstairs and the additional bedrooms downstairs for kids — it’s great to know it fit your group so well. We couldn’t agree more about the views and the pool — they truly make the home special and are such a wonderful place to relax and spend time together. We also appreciate you sharing your honest feedback regarding road noise and parking. Being in an elevated location does come with those trade-offs, and your tip about choosing an automatic vehicle is very helpful for future guests. Thank you again for staying with us and for highlighting both the strengths and considerations of the property. We would love to welcome you back anytime for another great stay. Lighthouse

Great location in a very nice neighborhood. Air conditioning was a little noisy and small issue with the pool. Owner from management company came himself to help with the pool. Overall great experience and nice house.

Hilltop Gem

The view from the house is stunning and open to all the living spaces. We spent a lot of time on the deck enjoying the breeze. The infinity pool was refreshing after a day at the beach. None of the neighboring houses were near due to the slope of hill. The dramatic design of the house was more impressive than we expected. The house was a great place for the family to gather between trips to see the beautiful countryside and ocean. Our family of 8 agree the Lighthouse is one of the best VRBO properties we have ever stayed at.

Great House With an Amazing View

The house we stayed at was great. The view from the back patio was amazing and the pool was perfect after a long day. The company did a great job in communicating with us. The house was clean when we arrive and Zindis was very responsive if we had an issues at the house. I would definitely recommend a 4WD as the house is on a very steep hill.

Fantastic Views

The views, pool/deck, and natural light in this house are fantastic. All the rooms are spacious and the layout is great, although not the best for small kids - tile, lots of steps & dropoffs. The house has some normal rental wear & tear, but all the major things worked as advertised. As others have said, the pictures definitely don't do the views justice.

Absolutely Spectacular

This house is amazing and the views are better than the pictures. The concierge sets up all your tours and all the transport. If you plan on drinking choose the transport instead of renting a car. The hill to the house is VERY steep so if can't walk well this house may not be for you. My group of 8 had an amazing time celebrating my wife's birthday. This place makes you feel like you're on top of the world. Definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful Ocean View

We chose this house for its expansive ocean view and infinity pool and were delighted with the house. It was centrally located to the activities that we wanted to do while we were in Costa Rica. From exploring Ricon, surfing in Tamarindo and hiking Monta Verde. Edgar of the Zindis Group was very responsive to some minor issues that came up during our stay. He was up at the house 5 minutes after our call and fixed the cable/wifi himself.
