Enjoy an elegant escape and soak in the waves at this brand new, first row (oceanfront) beach house in North Topsail Beach. Serene Shores has 5 bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathroom. Relax in your private heated outdoor pool and hot tub. Enjoy easy accessibility with an elevator that services all floors. Linens included at no extra charge.

Exercise your culinary skills in the large, fully-stocked kitchen or grill up some food outside on the gas grill. Relax with a cup of drip coffee, Keurig coffee, or tea as you soak in the views.

Even more fun awaits once you step out of the home. You will be situated right on the beach, with easy access by foot to beautiful North Topsail Beach. Or enjoy water play at home in your private heated pool. (See pool disclaimer below.)

Each bedroom has its own private attached full bathroom. Three bedrooms have king beds and the other two bedrooms have a 4 person bunkbed (queen bed on top & bottom). The master bedroom, which is one of the king rooms, also has a twin daybed with a trundle that pops up to another twin bed. The master bathroom has both a large shower and a soaking tub. Linens are included during your stay.

The house is a family-friendly haven with board games, puzzles, a travel crib, a high chair, kids plates & utensils, and baby safety gates.

There is an elevator that accesses all floors. The home has two floors of indoor living area totaling 3000 square feet. The carport features a Level 2 Autel EV charger (40A) with standard J1772 connector—there is no fee for use.

1st Floor: This is the outdoor space featuring the private pool and a storage area for pool toys and beach equipment. Guests will have access to two Shibumi shades and eight Tommy Bahama beach chairs. Note that there is officially no dedicated private walkway to the beach; however there is a public beach access walkway adjacent to the house with easy access (see photos). There is no public parking at this location, so this section of beach is primarily only used by guests at this and neighboring homes.

2nd Floor: Master bedroom (with king bed and twin trundle daybed), one king bedroom, one queen bunk bed bedroom, all with en-suite bathrooms. The master and king bedroom have ocean views, the bunk bed room has sound views. Balconies on both sides. The ocean-side balcony has a hot tub.

3rd Floor: Kitchen, dining area, and living room. One king bedroom and one queen bunkbed bedroom, both with en-suite bathrooms. Balconies on both sides. The living room and king bedroom have ocean views, the kitchen and bunkbed room have sound views. The oceanside balcony features ample seating including a sofa and a large dining table. There is a 4-burner Monument gas grill on the balcony.

There are 6 TCL 4K LCD TVs in the house: the living room and each of the 5 bedrooms, where you can connect your favorite streaming services. The living room TV has a cable box with access to Spectrum cable featuring over 125 popular channels, including local network affiliates, Disney Channel, ESPN, CNN, Fox News, CNBC, HGTV, and more. The other 5 TVs have access to the same live TV channel lineup via the Spectrum streaming app.

Pool disclaimer: The pool can only be effectively heated if the outside temperature is high enough, typically mid-April to mid-October. We will absolutely try to heat the pool if possible, but guests should be prepared for the possibility that the pool cannot be heated.
