This house has unobstructed views of both the beach and the Intracoastal waterway and is a few feet from the beach access. The back of house borders the Intracoastal waterway and you can hear the pounding surf of the ocean and watch dolphin's swim by as you sip your morning coffee from the deck overlooking the ocean.

There are 6 bedrooms (all with new bedroom furniture and new pillow top mattress) and 3 full bathrooms with a second and third floor wrap around decks.

Private pool in back yard with Hot Tub and Tiki bar surrounded by 6 foot fencing for privacy.

1 King Room, 3 Rooms with Queen beds. 1 room with triple bunk beds. 1 Room with a set of twin beds . Two extra mattresses as back up option. There are 4 TV's in the house and multiple DVD players.

The view and access to the beach was great! We had a few minor inconveniences with the property but Ben was very responsive. The property could use a little TLC including weeding around the pool area.

Perfect House on the Beach

We had a great time and really enjoyed this property. The beach across the street was beautiful and we really loved swimming in the pool and relaxing in the hot tub in the evening. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions. The week went too fast but we will be back!

In town for a destination wedding

Beautiful views, in a beautiful neighborhood. Bens property in one of the best we saw in the area. One of the few with beach and a pool. I would absolutely stay here again if we ever find ourselves back in N.C. Definitely a 10/10 property.

Relaxing stay

Although the weather could have been warmer, we had a fabulous stay at Ben’s place. The kids swam every day in the heated pool for several hours, and even went in the ocean several times. The views are gorgeous, and we loved watching the dolphins from our porch. Our family had a great time relaxing and enjoying games, walks and exploring the area!

Stunning views and all the amenities!

Sunrise and sunset from the wraparound porch is worth it alone. Add in the tiki bar, pool, hot tub, and unobstructed ocean views and you have the perfect vacation spot! Host was very responsive and friendly. Very easy instructions for everything. We will definitely be back!

Great week!

House as advertised and we had a great stay. Plenty of room for 13 adults. Front porch has awesome views of the ocean and a favorite spot for morning coffee. House and kitchen comfy and well appointed. Outdoor shower was a highlight and most used "room" in the house. Short walk to the beach made for convenient access. Would recommend to everyone.

Beautiful home with excellent location

We had a fantastic stay at this property. The proximity to the ocean is fantastic and the backyard is like an oasis with a gorgeous pool and very clean hot tub. The living area was cozy with a wonderful view of the ocean. The deck furniture was plentiful and in great condition. We spent a majority of our time enjoying the pool area and loved grilling and eating on the back patio. We would definitely consider staying at this rental again.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect. Plenty of room, comfortable. Very nice pool and hot tub. Ben was very helpful. Beautiful view of the ocean. Loved the view from the comfortable deck chairs. This was our first family vacation. Will definitely come back

Great house, perfect location, great outdoor space!

Enjoyed our stay! The house had everything we needed. The pool heater didn’t work, but it only stopped us once from swimming. Definitely wouldn’t need it in the warmer months. The only thing that would have made it better would be an elevator.

Family Vacation

Our stay at Go Big or Go Home was terrific! The house was spacious and our family of 10 was able to spread out and relax. Our two favorite spots in the house were the front deck for spectacular ocean views and the pool and tiki bar in the back. The kids especially enjoyed the pool! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Ben was a great host and was very responsive to any questions that we had during our stay. It was a perfect week to unwind and spend some good quality time with family.

Everything was exactly as stated. Host was quickly responsive when we couldn’t figure out pool lights. Terrific ocean view! Close beach access and we loved the pool and hot tub. Kitchen is well stocked with anything one might need for cooking and serving. Cooler for drinks was a nice touch. Bring lots of sunscreen. Thanks for a fantastic week!!!!!

Great Vacation

This is a great location across the street from the ocean. It provides an unobstructed view of the ocean, and not a huge tourist spot, so if you're looking for a quiet getaway, this is the spot. Had two families with 12 people staying in the house, and there was plenty of room for all. Only drawback was the pool - we asked for it to be heated, but the heater was not working. Owner agreed to refund the additional fee with no issues.

Still a wonderful vacation house

We have now vacationed in this house for the fourth time with 10 to 15 adults and children each time. We enjoyed two weeks this year. We hope to return soon. Need I write more? A comment about Ben’s hospitality is in order. We had a couple of unexpected issues that required attention. He was quick to reply to our messages and dispatch the needed solutions. Kudos!

Wedding/Family Reunion

First of all Ben was a great host. Though we never met he responded to my questions almost immediately. The property is as advertised with an unimpeded view of the ocean and ocean access across the street. The house as well appointed. Most everything we needed was provided and there is a grocery store only about 5 miles away. Should you rent this property you will not be disappointed you will be thrilled. Gary

Exceeded Expectations

This property more than exceeded our expectations. The house is well cared for, decorated tastefully, and the kitchen is extremely well-stocked. The best part about this property is the exterior - the multiple decks with great seating and beautiful views, the pool, the tiki bar with fridge (that was super handy- we kept all our cold drinks and snacks for hanging out around the pool!), and the seating around the pool. We had more than enough room at this property with 9 adults and 3 children. There is great variety at this property - you can relax on the upper deck overlooking the beach or the sound (and the pool area), swim or just relax by the pool, sit in the swing chairs on the lower deck, play lawn games, eat and drink around the tiki bar, and of course, walk to the beach. The walk to the beach is super easy, and in our opinion, this property sits along one of the best areas of beach in North Topsail. We absolutely loved our stay here and would most definitely recommend it!

Fantastic property.

The property was clean and well equipped and well maintained. It's exactly as it seems on the description. Beautiful! Porches with porch swings. Beautiful for you of the ocean and the inlet. 10 adults and three kids were very comfortable. Plenty of room to be together and to get away from each other if we need to.

Great Beach house

Amazing pool, hot tub, house and beach access. Minor issue with the house, involving the air conditioner. But the owner had it fixed very quickly and also offered a quick fix, so it wasn't a problem at all. Truly a wonder time. Because I had time available with my family and even my two grandkids, and a house that they all enjoyed. Minor issue with a house being built next door, but that isn't the owners fault.

What's not to love about North Topsail Beach! After searching many months for the right home, I finally found it here. The beautiful view of the ocean and the sound of the waves says it all! Newly renovated, with fresh paint, new tile and carpet. Quiet beach, as if its all your own!

What makes this property unique

Spectacular views of the ocean & intracoastal waterway (both w/ unobstructed views) and plenty of deck to enjoy them both! Private in-ground pool w/ privacy fence. The tiki bar puts an added touch to the pool area for fun in the sun!!!
