Large living room with flat screen television also has nice kitchen * low ceilings so typical of the era-! full size refrigerator , sink, microwave , has a walk-in shower.No tub. Upstairs- large king bed bed and deck. Two flat screen televisions—one in bedroom plus large one in living room all have Direct TV . Large comfy living room with l flatscreen TV has plenty of room. 1,000 sq. Feet NO Pets / NO kiddos/no visitors please

Close to town ( 3 miles) however it feels like the country. Most wine tours will be happy to pick you up at our front door.

Great location and cute property

Starting out, the location and amazing, the hot tub is really nice and kept clean. Loved the big walk in shower and the back porch patio is great for breakfast. The AC works very well, keeping the room nice a cold. Only issues we had were finding several scorpions in the bedroom and kitchen as well as mouse droppings in the corners by the coffee maker and the upstairs bedroom has a very strong mouse urine smell.

Great cabin

The cabin was just as advertised. It was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the hot tub. We had no need for communication with the property manager. Thank you!

Weekend Getaway

My best friend and I got to get away from the city for the weekend to this lovely barn. The space was so peaceful, so clean and stocked with all we needed! Lee is so friendly and helpful! I’ll definitely be back!

Wine weekend

Pond next to hot tub needs to be cleaned. The pictures show the barn with brighter lights. Inside it is too dark. Very quiet and the momma and baby deer were awesome to see. The upstairs bed was very soft and comfortable. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Already planning our next stay.

My boyfriend and I recently spent the weekend at the little red barn property and we had the most fantastic time. We were lucky to have beautiful weather, the barn was cozy and spacious, perfect size for the two of us. Great comfortable bed, enormous shower, and perfect hot tub where we could enjoy the stars. Was very secluded and private, even with a neighbor, but was still close enough to town that heading in took a mere 5 minutes. No issue getting Uber to pick us up and drop us off. Had an issue with the flapper of the toilet, Lee had it fixed for us in a jiffy, getting it completed while we were out shopping. We are looking forward to returning when it's colder to get the Winter feel of Fredericksburg. Can't wait to be back!!

The stay was great! Only 7-8 from downtown, easy drive. The barn was warm, clean and nicely decorated. Good signal. Bed was great! Big and comfy! Shower is is big, has two shower heads. The Jacuzzi was warm and ready to use. I would just say better lighting near mirror upstairs or a vanity area where you can get ready. Would def book again!

The location just outside of Fredericksburg was great. We enjoyed the hot tub. Quiet & relaxing. The following are picky… Please use dye free /sent free on towels & linens due peoples skin allergies. If you expect us to wash dishes then don’t leave watered down dish soap that had no bubbles & a sponge that looked months old. Gross I have to eat off the dishes I wasn’t sure were clean. Also cleaning supplies were left out around house but dust on top shelves were thick. Also Wi-Fi never worked, we used data entire weekend.

Best Location

My husband and I absolutely loved staying here!! It had everything we needed for just the 2 of us. The location is awesome!! Lots of wineries nearby, Short 7 min drive to Main St and 10 mins to Luckenbock. I enjoyed sleeping in in the mornings on the comfy king size bed while my husband soaked in the hot tub early morning watching deer roam the property. We will definitely be coming back!!!

Little Red Barn

We enjoyed the little red barn and it’s location. It was quite and outside of downtown Fredericksburg, but not to far away. It was cute and cozy. A good girlfriend’s getaway or couples getaway.
