This unit is directly across from Beach Access 10 and is fully renovated and this is the first time on the market. There is a spacious king bedroom with tv, dresser and spacious closet with twin sleeping accommodations. The full bathroom has been fully renovated with tub and large single vanity. Dining area seats 4 and the kitchen is upgraded and well appointed with everything you should need to cook with. There is a living room with couch, seating area (with a small gulf view), tv and console and rollaway bed. The porch has glass windows that can be opened or closed, the area is air conditioned. There is a dining table for 2, rocking chair and two arm chairs with coffee table.

Nice break from the Cold North East

Great getaway

Perfect stay

And I practically grew up on siesta key- I came in for a relaxing few days where I could literally never have to get in the car if I didn’t have to and walk to the beach every day! Stephanie‘s unit is perfectly appointed, she is the perfect host and has thought of everything to make this unit perfect!

Absolute Perfection

Everything was absolutely perfect. Within the home no detail was overlooked, it was so warm, welcoming, clean, and it was evident how thoughtful the owner was in setting this home up for guests. The location is phenomenal — directly across from beach access 10. Having parking is a huge bonus. We can’t wait to go back! Thank you for everything, especially your responsiveness throughout the process and during our stay.

Booked this place within less than 24 hours of arrival

We were very pleased with the location of this property, as well as the ability to book it with less than 24 hours advance notice to the booking manager. However, in doing so, we did not realize there would not be access to a pool. And we did detect an old musty smell in the stairwell. Otherwise, everything else was amazing.

Drive there was a foul smell in the place. It was not pleasant. It was the smell of poop. The cleaning closet at the top of the stairs gave us a bad impression. All other experience was good.?
